Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)試験されるべき燃料サンプルを圧力下で試験セクションの小内径毛細管 に供給し、試験セクション内の燃料に熱応力を生じさせるステップと、 b)試験セクション内の燃料サンプルが乱流条件のもとにあることを確実にする ステップと、 c)非接触温度測定により、試験セクションに沿った外壁温度、および燃料劣化 生成物の断熱効果によって促進される、これらの温度のその後の上昇を測定する ことによって、セクション内の試験燃料の熱劣化をモニタするステップと、 d)このようにして得られた温度データから、燃料の熱安定性に関する情報を導 くステップと を含む燃料の熱安定性試験を行う方法。 2.非接触温度測定が走査制御赤外温度測定であることを特徴とする、請求の範 囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.燃料が、燃料流出口から、有利には1−21mmである所定の距離において 、毛細管チューブの内側に固着することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項または 第2項に記載の方法。 4.赤外温度測定が、毛細管試験セクションに沿って、有利には9個である所定 数の位置を読み取ることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第2項または第3項に記載の 方法。 5.位置の各赤外温度測定走査が、有利には10秒である所定の待ち時間を含む ことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第4項に記載の方法。 6.1つの位置からの読取りの所定回数(有利には、10)が、次の位置に移る 前に、所定の秒数(有利には、10)にわたり行われることを特徴とする、請求 の範囲第5項に記載の方法。 7.走査のシーケンスが行われることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第2項から第6 項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 8.燃料サンプルの消費が、試験あたり5リットル以下であることを特徴とする 、請求の範囲第1項から第7項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 9.炭素生成物の重量を評価するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求の範囲 第1項から第8項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 10.試験されるべき燃料サンプルを圧力下で試験セクションの小内径毛細管に 供給する手段と、試験セクション内の燃料に 熱応力を生じさせる手段と、試験セクション内の燃料サンプルが乱流条件のもと にあることを確実にする手段と、非接触温度測定により、試験セクションに沿っ た外壁温度、および燃料劣化生成物の断熱効果によって促進される、これらの温 度のその後の上昇を測定する手段と、このようにして得られた温度データから燃 料の熱安定性に関する情報を導く手段とを含む、燃料の熱安定性試験を行う装置 。 11.走査制御赤外温度測定の手段が存在することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第 10項に記載の装置。 12.毛細管が、300μm以下の内径を有することを特徴とする、請求の範囲 第10項または第11項に記載の装置。 13.毛細管試験セクションが、200mm以下の長さを有することを特徴とす る、請求の範囲第10項から第12項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 14.燃料が15−25℃、具体的には20℃で流入し、280−300℃、具 体的には290℃で流出することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第10項から第13 項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 15.炭素アナライザが、炭素生成物の重量を評価するために 存在することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第10項から第14項のいずれか一項に 記載の装置。
