水を集めて排出する手段を設け、その集めた水から分離
した有毒ガスを、送風機を介して煙道を形成するコーン
状筒体の下方部の煙突の外周から内周に接線方向に送入
する手段を設けた煙の煤塵・有毒ガス除去装置としたの
で、まだ水に溶けていない有毒ガスを再び水膜に通すこ
とによって、有毒ガスを効果的に水に溶かし、有毒ガス
が出ないようにすることができる。
