Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the excellent waterproofness in the entire area of a wall by holding the interval of sheathing boards made of a plurality of waterproofing panels by temporary construction inhibiting means, charging and curing backing material between a pair of the boards, then so removing the means as to retain the boards, and sealing between the panels by caulking material. SOLUTION: Form ties 41 are engaged with shaft legs 35, and sheathing boards 3 and waterproofing panels 10 are assembled via many rigid members 30 in a strutting state in a temporarily clamped state. After a form is assembled in this manner, backing material 50 such as concrete is placed between the temporary boards 3 and the panels 10, cured, hardened, and then temporarily holding means is removed. Caulking material is stuck along the seam between the adjacent panels from the inner surface side of the panels 10. Thus, the permanently excellent waterproofness can be obtained on the entire wall area.

However, in order to construct the concrete skeleton wall described above, many steps are required, such as a step of forming a concrete skeleton, a step of attaching a heat insulating material to the wall surface, and a step of waterproofing. There is a problem that it takes a lot of time and money. In addition, since many wooden consumables such as plywood are used, there is a problem that environmental problems such as deforestation, which has recently become a social issue, cannot be dealt with.

Therefore, in recent years, of the pair of dams for forming the tank wall of the heat storage tank, the dams inside the tank are formed of a plurality of synthetic resin plates, and after the concrete is set and cured, the synthetic resin plates are formed. A technique has been proposed in which the plate is left and used as a waterproof panel for a heat storage tank. With this technology, it is not necessary to remove the waterproof panel that is one of the weir plates, so it is possible to improve workability, and it is possible to reduce the use of plywood-made weir plates, which leads to the above environmental problems. Can also deal with.

By the way, as such a waterproof panel,
There are various configurations such as a hard synthetic resin single layer plate and a laminated plate in which a hard synthetic resin layer is laminated on a foamed resin plate, but there is good elasticity because it can withstand concrete lateral pressure. In order to secure it, it is necessary to use thick ones. For this reason, when a waterproof panel made of a single layer plate of hard synthetic resin is used, the material cost is soared that an economical disadvantage is caused, and the increased weight also increases the burden on the worker at the time of construction.

On the other hand, a method of constructing a tank wall using a waterproof panel made of laminated plates is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 1-294484 and 6-193919. In this construction method, as the waterproof panel, a laminated plate in which a waterproof layer made of polyvinyl chloride is formed on one surface (inner wall surface) of a foamed resin plate such as urethane foam or styrene foam is used. In this construction method, the core layer of the waterproof panel is made of a lightweight and inexpensive foam resin plate, so that it is possible to reduce costs while ensuring a predetermined wall thickness, and the polyvinyl chloride layer provides good waterproofing. You can get sex.

However, in this construction method, since the waterproof layer is laminated only on one surface of the waterproof panel, the tension balance between the front and back is likely to be disturbed, and the panel may be warped. If the panel warps, for example, it will not be possible to accurately arrange it in a planar shape, not only will it be difficult to construct, but the waterproof layer will peel off, and the protection of the foamed resin plate will be insufficient,
The foamed resin plate may be broken when the panel is carried in, and the product value may be impaired.

Further, in this construction method, since the foamed resin plate forming the core layer is in direct contact with the surface of the concrete skeleton, the backwater flowing between the two causes the foamed resin plate to deteriorate at an early stage, resulting in sufficient durability. It also has the problem that it cannot be obtained.

Further, in this construction method, after concrete is hardened to remove formwork such as flap material, a screw penetrating the waterproof panel is fastened to a separator or the like in the concrete layer, and the screw is used. , Is to press a vinyl chloride coated steel plate (PVC steel plate) against the waterproof panel surface to hold the waterproof panel against the concrete frame surface side, but after removing the formwork and before screwing, the waterproof panel is made of concrete. It may peel off from the body surface, and in some cases the waterproof panel may fall off.

Further, in the wall surface finishing, since it is necessary to cover the screws for fixing the panel and the periphery of the vinyl chloride steel plate with a waterproof sheet in order to perform waterproof treatment, a waterproof sheet covering step is required separately, and the number of steps increases. However, there is a problem that the construction work becomes complicated and the cost is increased.

In the first invention, the waterproof panel is
Since it is used as a dam when placing backing material and as a waterproof layer after construction, it is not necessary to remove the dam formed by the waterproof panel. Moreover, the work of installing the waterproof panel can be easily performed by fitting the end portion of the waterproof panel into the fitting groove of the joint member. Furthermore, since the inner surface of the tank wall is covered with the surface layer made of the hard vinyl chloride resin of the waterproof panel, it is possible to obtain a permanently excellent waterproof property.
