BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention promotes a radiant cooling effect that is gentle to the human body by circulating cooling air from an air conditioner in the attic of a building, and at the same time, the cooling power supply amount reduces the cooling power supply amount. The present invention relates to a cooling device capable of temporarily restricting supply when it cannot keep up with demand.

2. Description of the Related Art In conventional cooling systems, since the heat insulation and airtightness of a building cannot be relied on, the cooling air is blown directly into the room from the cooling machine itself or through a ventilation pipe, and the return air is either directly or through the air. Since it has a structure to return to the air conditioner through the trachea, it was not possible to expect a radiation cooling effect. Moreover, the concept of storing cold in a building is scarce, and the technology for integrating the building and the cooling device has not been established.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The means for solving the problems will be described with reference to the drawings. (A) A well-known duct built-in type air conditioner 2 is attached to the attic 1, and cold air 4 is blown from the outlet 5 to the attic 1 through the duct 3. (B) The air conditioner 2 has a structure that sucks the return air 9. (C) The building has a structure in which the floor 13 below, the inside of the wall 7 and the attic 1 are connected by the ventilation layer 10 by the outside heat insulating method, which is excellent in heat insulation and airtightness. (D) The members of the floor 13, the wall 7 and the ceiling 8 inside the heat insulating layer 11 have as large a heat storage capacity as possible.

Since the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, it operates as follows. The cool air 4 blown out from the air conditioner 2 is blown out from the blower outlet 5 through the duct 3 and descends to cool the ceiling 8, the floor 13 and the wall 7, but the return air 9 is aerated from under the floor 13 or inside the wall 7. Returning to the air conditioner 2 through the layer 10 and further cooling the wall 7 and the ceiling 8 from the outside. At this time, cool is stored in a member located inside the heat insulating / airtight layer.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. (A) In the present invention, the ventilation layer 10 is provided with the voids in the wall 7 conventionally filled with the heat insulating material by the external heat insulating method in which the heat insulating layer 11 is attached to the outside of the structural material constituting the building such as the pillar and the stud.
This is established by installing an air conditioner 2 having an outlet 5 through a duct 3 in the attic 1 in the attic 1 in a building with a structure under the floor 13 and the attic 1 . (B) Install a forced blower 6 to cool the air in the attic 1 to the floor 13
It is possible to supplement the rising airflow of the return air 9 by directly drawing it in using the ventilation pipe 12 to generate a pressure difference. (C) If the inner wall material and the ceiling material are thickened, or if the heat storage material 14 such as stone or brick is laid under the floor 13 to increase the heat storage capacity, the amount of cold storage is further increased. (D) If necessary, by installing a terminal in each room, the temperature can be finely adjusted.

Therefore, the radiant cooling effect is exerted not only in the space in which the air conditioner 2 is installed but also in the non-cooled space. In addition, since cold air is always stored in the structures and building materials that make up the building, it is possible to temporarily supply power due to a sudden intrusion of solar heat, a power outage, or the convenience of the power supply side. It is effective in suppressing the temperature rise in the building when limiting.

1. A heat insulating / airtight layer having a high heat insulating / airtight property.
In a building installed on the outside of the structure by an external heat insulation method, a publicly known duct built-in type air conditioner 2 is installed in an attic 1
Install inside. The air outlet 5 of the air conditioner 2 is attached so that the cold air 4 spreads throughout the same attic 1. Attic 1
The cold air 4 staying inside is drawn below the floor 13 by a forced blower 6 through a ventilation pipe 12 that connects the attic 1 and the bottom of the floor 13. The cold air 4 is returned to the air conditioner 2 in the attic 1 through the ventilation layer 10 while absorbing the warm air under the floor 13 and the inside of the wall 7, and is a radiant cooling system for storing heat in the attic of the outside insulation building.
