BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION According to the multi-layered circular knitted fabric of the present invention described above, a multi-layered circular knitted fabric having different knitting structures on the front surface and the back surface, wherein the surface design is such that 30% or more of the stitches are Synthetic fiber processed yarn having a point-shaped concave space and a single yarn denier of more than 1 denier and not more than 6 denier is knitted with one yarn to form a stitch, and the backside structure is 50% of the stitch. The above is 2
By using a thermoplastic synthetic fiber which is knitted in a thread shape and contains an inorganic filler in an amount exceeding 0.5% by weight in 50% or more of the stitches of the back surface structure, a sweat absorbing function, a quick drying function and a cooling function are obtained. In addition, it is possible to realize a circular knitted fabric that has a property of blocking sunlight and has both the comfort of the surface in contact with the skin and the functionality as clothes at the same time. That is, since a relatively thick synthetic fiber processed yarn having a single yarn denier of more than 1 denier and not more than 6 denier on the surface in contact with the skin is used to form a tissue having a point-shaped concave space, it has high sweat absorption and also has a cooling effect. high. Further, since 50% or more of the stitches of the back surface structure (the side in contact with the outside air) are knitted in the form of two threads, the fiber density is relatively high and the surface area is large, which is excellent in quick drying. Further, since the inorganic filler is contained in an amount exceeding 0.5% by weight in 50% or more of the stitches of the back surface structure,
Excellent in blocking sunlight.

Since the surface of the circular knitted fabric is a surface that comes into contact with human skin, it does not cause irritation to the skin and has a function of quickly absorbing the sweat that has emerged on the surface of the skin due to the sweating action. First important. For that purpose, it is necessary to have a mechanism in which the contact surface of the knitted fabric that comes into contact with the skin quickly absorbs sweat by a capillary phenomenon. In addition, it is necessary to give a refreshing feeling without sticking to the skin. The term "surface" as used herein refers to the one that is knitted with a circular knitted cylinder needle and that emerges to the front side in a knitted tubular state. The back side is the one that is knitted with dial needles and enters the inside of the cylinder. Generally, the organization of the cylinder side and dial side is determined from the ease of knitting,
You can choose the opposite way.

In order to obtain the above effect, not all the planes formed by the stitches of the knitted fabric come into contact with the skin, but 30 stitches of the stitches.
% Or more, preferably 50% or more of the space is required, and it is important that the tissue has a point-shaped concave space. When the knitted fabric comes into contact with the skin, if it touches at all stitches,
Since it has a feeling of strangeness, a point-shaped concave space is created, and if the filament is a synthetic fiber processed yarn having a denier of 6 denier or less, it has a sweat absorbing effect and does not cause a strange feeling. In addition, it is important from the standpoint of comfort that the stitches are composed of one yarn without other yarns and do not knit different single yarn denier. In addition, ultrafine yarn is not preferable because it keeps the capillary phenomenon and reduces the feeling of contact with the skin.

On the other hand, on the back surface of the knitted fabric, 50 stitches
% Or more is preferably knitted with two yarns, and a thermoplastic synthetic fiber containing an additive such as metal-based fine powder or inorganic-based fine powder in an amount of more than 0.5% by weight in 50% or more appearing on the front side of the stitch It is preferable to use the processed yarn.

Specifically, a dial needle for forming the back side stitch is tacked with a part of the front thread for forming the front side or the back thread for the back side, and further knitted simultaneously with the back thread for the back side to form the stitch. The point is that this ratio is preferably 50% or more of the stitches. This is preferable in order to diffuse the sweat wicked from the surface yarn by the capillary effect into a narrow and dense space and improve the sweat absorbing ability.

Further, the temperature of the sucked perspiration rises due to sunlight and vaporizes. However, it becomes hot and humid in this process, which is accompanied by uncomfortable wearing. In order to suppress this phenomenon, a thermoplastic synthetic fiber containing metal fine powder such as titanium oxide or inorganic fine powder such as ceramics that reflects or blocks sunlight in an amount exceeding 0.5% by weight is more preferable. Has the effect of softening the temperature rise by using this as a processed yarn for temporary twisting and the like.
In particular, a thermoplastic synthetic fiber containing an inorganic filler in an amount of more than 0.5% by weight contains a relatively large amount of the inorganic filler in the core component and does not contain the inorganic filler in the sheath component or contains a relatively small amount thereof. If you use composite filaments,
In addition to effectively blocking the sun's rays, the disadvantages of including a large amount of inorganic fillers, such as the problem of abrasion of knitting needles, can be avoided.

The front surface and the back surface are knitted or tucked together to form two parts of yarns, which are arranged inside the front surface and a part of the back surface. The sweat wicked from the front surface is diffused on the back surface to increase the wicking speed. In order to raise it, it is necessary that the thread amount on the back surface is larger than that on the front surface, and it is preferable that the ratio of the thread amount Ws on the front surface to the thread amount Wb on the back surface satisfies the expression [2Ws ≦ Wb]. .

Next, the use ratio of the thermoplastic synthetic fiber containing the additive for reflecting the sun rays in an amount exceeding 0.5% by weight is more effective when it is closer to 100%, but since it appears on the front side as clothes. , It makes the texture and the appearance look bad. Therefore, 30% or more and 70% or less, preferably 30% to 50%

Further, in order to make the fiber space dense for increasing the speed of sweat absorption, the single yarn within the range of 30% or more and 70% or less in terms of the amount of yarn on the back surface of the knitted fabric, that is, the surface exposed on the front side as clothes. It is preferable to use a fine loop yarn containing an ultrafine yarn having a denier of 1 denier or less. It is also effective to use split type fibers or sea-island type fibers that can be split and divided in a later step as the ultrafine yarn.

Such a fine loop yarn not only enhances the above-mentioned effect but also eliminates a feeling of strangeness on the texture surface, obtains a favorable texture, and at the same time divides sweat into fine spaces between filaments of the fiber, which is extremely fast. It works to increase the drying effect.

It is also effective to use a temporary warp yarn using an ultrafine yarn instead of the fine loop yarn or a spun yarn using a synthetic fiber of 1 denier or less. In addition, a mixed spinning yarn of polyester such as polyethylene terephthalate, nylon, cotton, etc. is inferior in the quick-drying effect, but by knitting a thermoplastic synthetic fiber containing an inorganic filler in an amount of more than 0.5%, a little in that respect. Covers are possible. It is also possible to use 100% synthetic fibers.

As described above, the multi-layered circular knitted fabric of the present invention is a multi-layered circular knitted fabric having different front and back surface knitting structures,
The surface texture is such that 30% or more of the stitches have a point-shaped concave space, and a synthetic fiber processed yarn having a single yarn denier of more than 1 denier and not more than 6 denier is knitted with one yarn to form a stitch. And 50% or more of the stitches of the back surface structure are knitted in two threads and
%, The use of thermoplastic synthetic fibers containing more than 0.5% by weight of inorganic filler gives sweat absorption function, quick-drying function, cooling function and sun-blocking property, and makes the surface in contact with the skin comfortable. It is possible to realize a circular knitted fabric having both the functionality and the functionality as clothes at the same time. That is, the single yarn denier exceeds 1 denier on the surface that comes into contact with the skin.
Since it was formed into a vertical stripe-like structure using a relatively thick synthetic fiber processed yarn having a denier or less, it has high sweat absorption and a high cooling effect. Further, since 50% or more of the stitches of the back surface structure (the side in contact with the outside air) are knitted in the form of two threads, the fiber density is relatively high and the surface area is large, which is excellent in quick drying. Further, since the inorganic filler is contained in an amount of more than 0.5% by weight in 50% or more of the stitches of the back surface structure, it is also excellent in the ability to block sunlight.

As a use, it is most suitable for a shirt cloth for outdoor sports such as golf under the sun, and has a functionality which cannot be obtained by a conventional circular knitted fabric having 100% synthetic fibers or a high mixing ratio of synthetic fibers. A circular knitted fabric having comfort is obtained.
