らに、難加工性の金属材料、高融点の金属材料の部品を
製造すること容易である。従って、機械加工、鍛造、鋳
造、粉末冶金に次ぐ新しい金属加工法として、脚光を浴
び、近年、金属粉末射成形焼結法による部品の生産量は
増大している。2. 加工法と同様にハ゛レル研磨法が適用できるが、他の加工法
に比べ、複雑な形状の部品であるため、同法では除去で
きない部分が残存する。 したがって、扱い難い成形体
の状態の時、人手により丁寧に除去せざるをえない。製
造コストが高くなり、また日数がかかりすぎることにな
