Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly remove the burrs generated during injection molding at a low cost at the time of producing metallic parts by an injection molding and sintering method of metallic powder. SOLUTION: The burrs 3 generated at the moldings 2 formed by molding a compd. for injection molding, which is prepd. by mixing and kneading the metallic powder and an org. binder, by an injection molding machine are removed by injecting gas having a prescribed pressure, a mixture composed of this gas and liquid, a mixture composed of the gas and solid and a mixture composed of the gas, the liquid and the solid thereto.

を製造する技術である。したがって、複雑な形状の金属
部品を大量にしかも高品質に製造することができる。さ
らに、難加工性の金属材料、高融点の金属材料の部品を
製造すること容易である。従って、機械加工、鍛造、鋳
造、粉末冶金に次ぐ新しい金属加工法として、脚光を浴
び、近年、金属粉末射成形焼結法による部品の生産量は
増大している。

に比べ、複雑な形状の部品であるため、同法では除去で
きない部分が残存する。 したがって、扱い難い成形体
の状態の時、人手により丁寧に除去せざるをえない。製
造コストが高くなり、また日数がかかりすぎることにな
る。
