Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to join a manhole with a drain pipe easily and definitely. CONSTITUTION: A manhole 10 is joined with drain pipes 13 by way of joining members 12 in structure where each joining member comprises an inner pipe 14 and an outer pipe 15. The inner pipe 14 and the outer pipe 15 of the joining member 12 are threaded with each other by means of a screw formed on pipe areas 14a and 14a. A side wall 10b of the manhole 10 is placed between a flange 14b of the inner pipe 14 and a flange 15b of the outer pipe 15.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the drainage basin 1 is
For example, it is a rectangular tube shape made of concrete, and is provided on the bottom concrete 2 formed to a predetermined depth in the ground, and a sluice cover 3 is provided in the upper opening 1a. FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, the side walls 1b and 1b of the drainage basin 1 are formed with openings 4 and 4, and in each opening 4, the end of the drain pipe 5 made of vinyl chloride, for example, is attached to the side wall 1b. It is inserted so that it is flush with the inner wall surface. A space between the drain pipe 5 and the opening 4 is filled with a filling material 7 such as cement mortar material. This filling material 7 not only closes the gap between the outer peripheral surface of the drain pipe 5 and the inner peripheral surface of the opening 4 in order to prevent water leakage, but also enhances the joint strength between the drain pipe 5 and the opening 4. The surface of the drainage basin 1 and the drainage pipe 5 are tapered so that the angle of the finished surface is approximately 45 degrees. In this way, the drainage basin 1 and the drainage pipes 5, 5, ... Are joined together.

However, the above-described conventional joint structure between the drainage pipe and the drainage pipe has the following problems. First, in order to reliably prevent water leakage from the joint between the drainage basin 1 and the drainage pipe 5, the filler 7 must be carefully filled. Further, it takes time to cure the filling material 7, and during that time, it is necessary to support the drain pipe 5 so as not to move. Further, since the number and position of the drainage pipes 5 joined to the drainage basin 1 are different depending on the place, the opening 4 must be drilled at the site. At this time, in order to facilitate the filling operation of the filling material 7, the opening 4 must be accurately formed so that the gap between the opening 4 and the drain pipe 5 is as small as possible. It takes a lot of work. As described above, the work of joining the drainage basin 1 and the drainage pipe 5 is time-consuming, and there is room for improvement at present. The present invention has been made in consideration of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a joint structure between a drainage pipe and a drainage pipe, which can easily and reliably perform the drainage pipe and the drainage pipe. .

According to the invention described in claim 1, the drainage basin and the drainage pipe are joined to each other via a joining member, and the joining member has a flange portion that abuts on the inner surface of the sidewall of the drainage basin and the opening of the side wall. And an outer pipe having a flange portion that abuts the outer surface of the side wall and joined to the inner pipe. Thus, when joining the drainage pipe and the drainage pipe, after passing the inner pipe through the opening from the inside of the drainage pipe, the outer pipe is passed through the inner pipe protruding outward from the opening from the outside of the drainage pipe. These may be joined together, and then the drain pipe to be joined may be joined to the tip portion of the joining member. Further, since the joint member has a form in which the side wall of the drainage pipe is sandwiched between the flange portion of the inner pipe and the flange portion of the outer pipe, the strength of the joint portion between the drainage pipe and the drainage pipe can be increased.

In the joint structure of the drainage basin 10 and the drainage pipes 13 and 13 described above, the drainage basin 10 and the drainage pipes 13 and 13 are joined via the joining members 12 and 12, and each joining member 12 is joined.
Is composed of an inner tube 14 and an outer tube 15.
In this way, since the drainage basin 10 and the drainage pipes 13 and 13 can be joined without using a filler, the joining work can be facilitated and shortened, and as a result, the on-site labor can be saved. Personnelization and cost reduction can be realized.

5 and 5 are configured to be screwed with each other by a thread formed on the tube portions 14a and 15a. Thereby, when the drainage basin 10 and the drainage pipes 13, 13 are joined, the inner pipe 1
After passing 4 through the opening 11, the outer pipe 15 may be screwed into the pipe portion 14a of the inner pipe 14 protruding outward. Therefore,
The drainage basin 10 and the drainage pipes 13 and 13 can be easily and reliably joined together without any skill.

In addition, the joint member 12 includes the drainage basin 1 including the flange portion 14b of the inner pipe 14 and the flange portion 15b of the outer pipe 15.
Since the side wall 10b of No. 0 is sandwiched, each drain pipe 13 and the drainage basin 10 can be completely joined to each other without any gap, and the strength of the joint can be increased. The service life can be extended.

In the above embodiment, a thread is formed on the pipe portion 14a of the inner pipe 14 and the pipe portion 15a of the outer pipe 15,
Although these are configured to be screwed together, as another embodiment,
The pipe portion 14a of the inner pipe 14 and the pipe portion 15a of the outer pipe 15 may be bonded with an adhesive. As a matter of course, in this case, no thread is formed on the tube portions 14a and 15b. Then, when the inner pipe 14 and the outer pipe 15 are joined, the inner pipe 14 is inserted into the opening 11, and then the adhesive is applied to the outer peripheral surface of the pipe portion 14 a extending from the opening 11. Then, after applying the adhesive to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe portion 15a of the outer pipe 15 to be attached, the outer pipe 15 is attached to the pipe portion 14a of the inner pipe 14.
The inner tube 14 and the outer tube 15 are joined by being inserted into Even with such a configuration, it is possible to achieve the same effect as that of the above embodiment.

As described above, according to the joint structure of the drainage basin and the drainage pipe according to the first aspect, the drainage basin and the drainage pipe are joined via the joining member, and the joining member is the drainage basin. Has a flange portion that abuts the inner surface of the side wall, and has an inner tube that extends outward from the opening of the side wall, and a flange portion that abuts the outer surface of the side wall, and that is located outside the front drainage basin. The outer tube was extended. Thus, when the drainage basin and the drainage pipe are joined, the inner pipe is passed through the opening, then the outer pipe is joined to the inner pipe protruding outward from the opening, and then the tip of the joining member is joined. It suffices to join the drain pipe to be joined to the section. In this way, since the drainage basin and the drainage pipe can be reliably joined without using a filler, the joining work can be shortened and the work can be facilitated. Labor saving on site and cost reduction can be realized. Further, since the joint member has a configuration in which the side wall of the drainage basin is sandwiched between the flange portion of the inner pipe and the flange portion of the outer pipe, this allows the drainage pipe and the drainage basin to be joined together without a gap, and The strength can be increased and the service life can be lengthened.

According to the joint structure of the drainage pipe and the drainage pipe according to the second aspect, the inner peripheral surface of the outer pipe and the outer peripheral surface of the inner pipe are respectively formed with threads, and the outer pipe and the inner pipe are connected to each other. It is configured to be screwed. Thus, when attaching the outer pipe to the inner pipe inserted into the opening of the drainage basin, it is only necessary to screw the outer pipe, and the work of joining the drainage basin and the drainage pipe can be facilitated.

According to the joint structure of the drainage pipe and the drainage pipe of the third aspect, the inner peripheral surface of the outer pipe and the outer peripheral surface of the inner pipe are bonded together. Also by this, the outer pipe and the inner pipe can be easily joined, and the work of joining the drainage pipe and the drainage pipe can be facilitated.
