Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet wherein a distortion of the deck boards is small, and the bending strength is large by providing a thicker part which protrudes to the fork insertion side, and extends to the height of a reinforcing rib, at an area which faces the fork insertion port of a column wall of each column part to connect the upper deck board and the lower deck board. SOLUTION: At connected parts between respective column parts 25, 27a, 29a and upper and lower deck boards 21, 23, a thicker part 40 is formed on the sides facing a fork insertion port 30. The thicker part 40 protrudes to the fork insertion port 30 sides of a column wall 41 of the column part 25 at an area which faces the fork insertion port 30, a column wall 43 of the column part 27a at an area which faces the fork insertion port 30, and also, a column wall 45 of the column part 29a at an area which faces the fork insertion port 30, and is formed extending to the height of a reinforcing rib 35. For this reason, the bending strength of the column part itself is increased, and also, the strength of the deck board itself is improved because the thicker part 30 is formed by protruding to the fork insertion port 30 side, and an interval between respective column parts becomes narrower by the thicker parts 40.

In such rack stacking, when a load is placed on the pallet 1 and a load is applied in the direction of the arrow, the pallet 1 as a whole is bowed as shown by the alternate long and short dash line in FIG. This deformation amount causes the pillar wall 13 facing the fork insertion opening 10 of the pillar portion 7 to be deformed in a zigzag shape due to the distortion of the upper and lower deck boards 3 and 5, and the distortion of the deck board is further increased. When the upper and lower deck boards 3 and 5 are distorted downwards, the connecting portion 15 of the upper deck board 3 is connected to the supporting portion 15 at the supporting wall 13 of the supporting portion 7 where the deck boards are connected, as indicated by the alternate long and short dash line in FIG. 7 is deformed inward, and the connecting portion 17 of the lower deck board 5 is deformed outward of the pillar 7 (fork insertion port side).
Thus, the distortion amount of the deck board is further increased in combination with the deformation of the strut wall 13 of the strut portion 7.

By forming the thick wall portion 40 at the connecting portion of the pillar wall facing the fork insertion port with the deck board, not only the bending strength of the pillar portion itself is increased, but also the thick wall portion 40.
Is formed so as to project toward the fork insertion opening 30 side, the intervals between the respective pillars are narrowed accordingly, and the strength of the deck board itself is improved. That is, since the bending strength is affected by the length of the deck board, it is intended to increase the bending strength by shortening the length of the deck board by the thick portion. Since the thick portion 40 is formed over the height of the reinforcing ribs 35 of the deck board, the size of the fork insertion port 30 does not change and does not affect the fork work. The protruding thickness of the thick portion 40 is 1 to 10 m.
m, and the total thickness of the wall of the support column is determined to be within 15 mm.

As described above, in the synthetic resin pallet according to the first aspect of the present invention, the reinforcing ribs protruding toward the fork insertion port side are formed on the column walls of the respective column parts facing the fork insertion port. Since the thick portion extending over the height is projected, the pallet with little bending of the deck board and large bending strength can be obtained. In the synthetic resin pallet according to claim 2, the thick portion has a total thickness of 1 with the pillar wall.
Since it is within 5 mm, without changing the molding conditions,
It can be molded like a conventional pallet. Also,
In the synthetic resin pallet according to claim 3, the height gradually decreases toward the outside, the inner tip portion intersects with the tip portion of the reinforcing rib in the same direction as the fork insertion direction, and is inclined with respect to the side surface of the pallet. Since the inclined ribs are provided on the end edge portion of the deck board, it is possible to obtain a robust pallet that is not damaged even when the fork collides.
