【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 建物の外壁に開口が設けられ、この開口
に通気性を有する多孔質材よりなる通気部材が設けられ
ていることを特徴とする建物換気装置。
1. A building ventilation device, wherein an opening is provided in an outer wall of a building, and a ventilation member made of a porous material having air permeability is provided in the opening.
【請求項2】 開口の屋外側に風雨の浸入を防止するた
めの防護部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項
1記載の建物換気装置。
