作業が面倒である。一般にコネクタは配線穴より大きい
為、ケーブルを先に作ってから配線穴にコネクタを通す
ことは出来ない。コネクタ固定部が金属面に直付けのた
め、金属面に載ったノイズが、コネクタアースに載り、

ねじ固定する。 (ニ) 防水型の場合、絶縁基板に延長先コネクタを付
ける、コネクタの上下左右に、固定金具用の固定用ねじ

(ロ)同様に行う。 (ホ) 防水型の場合、基板正面には延長先コネクタ、
4つの固定用ねじを囲むようにゴム状のパッキンを取り
付ける。 (ヘ) 正面には、防水カバーを取り付ける。 (ト) カバーは延長先コネクタに接触しな程度の空間
を持ち、ゴム状のパッキンで密閉出来る枠を持つ。 (ト) カバーの取り付けは、開閉が容易でかつ密閉の
位置ずれが無いように、下部で蝶番状に接続し、上部で
手でねじ締め固定が可能な構造にする。 (チ) 基板裏面には、ねじ、配線を囲む様に角柱、も
しくは円柱状の枠を付ける。これは装置表面に開ける取
付け穴のサイズとなる。 (リ) その枠を囲み、かつ絶縁基板と装置表面の間に
ちょうど入る形状のゴム状のパッキンを付ける。。 (ヌ) 裏面の枠の高さ程度の押し爪を持つ十字状の固
い厚板状の固定金具を付ける。 (ル) 固定金具の4方向の長手部分にはねじを切った
穴を開け、表面側から延長先コネクタの上下左右に設け
た固定用ねじを回す事により、絶縁基板はゴム状パッキ
ンを挟んで、装置表面と密着させることが出来る。 (ヲ) 取り付けた、防水型ケーブル中継器は、防水カ
バーを締めることで、完全な防水構造が実現できる。 (ワ) また、この表面取り付け構造の場合、初めから
