Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To function an interstice as a spring, and tightly sticking the interstice to the side surface of a female screw so as to prevent looseness by cutting the interstice in the end of a male screw. SOLUTION: There has been such a problem that, when a screw is fastened, a male screw 1 and a female screw are excessively tightly stuck to each other, and a delicate clearance is formed between the male screw 1 and the female screw so that the male screw 1 and the female screw are loosened by the lapse of time and vibration. However, an interstice 2 is formed in the male screw 1 of this split screw, therefore, in the case that the screw is attached and detached, a clearance 3 exists between the male screw 1 and the female screw by the part of the interstice 2, thus the attachment and detachment of the screw can be facilitated. Besides, this interstice 2 function as a spring, thus looseness can be prevented.
