FIG. 5 shows a wiring harness b on a floor panel a.
FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a state in which the cables are installed, and FIG. 6 is VI-VI of FIG.
It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view by a line. Normally, a floor tunnel c extends in the vehicle front-rear direction at the center of the floor panel a. Further, side panels d are provided on both left and right sides of the vehicle, and cross members e are provided between the side panels d in the vehicle width direction. As can be seen from this figure, a wire harness b is generally installed on the upper surface of the floor tunnel c and the side surface of the cross member e, and is fixed to a suitable portion with a tape f or a clamp.

However, the conventional vehicle floor structure described above has the following problems. (1) When the floor carpet g was laid on the floor panel a, a part of the floor carpet g formed a protrusion by the wire harness b, impairing the appearance. (2) When the convex portion of the floor carpet g is stepped on, there is a lumpy feeling and it is uncomfortable. (3) The wiring route of the wire harness b is not clear, and a wiring position defect may occur. In this case, there is a possibility that the wire harness b may be broken when the seat is moved and the wire may be broken.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The floor structure of a vehicle according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG.
It is a perspective view which shows the floor panel 2 which wired the wire harness 1. A floor tunnel 3 extends through the center of the floor panel 2 in the vehicle front-rear direction. Further, side panels 4 are arranged on both left and right sides of the vehicle, and cross members 5 are provided in the vehicle width direction so as to connect the side panels 4. Each of the floor tunnel 3 and the cross member 5 has a substantially U-shaped cross section, and a concave portion that is recessed downward is provided at each upper surface corner portion. The wire harness 1 is placed in the recess and is routed using a tape 6 or the like. This installation state will be described with reference to FIGS.

FIG. 2 is a vertical sectional view taken along line II-II of FIG. 2 above the floor tunnel 3 with a generally U-shaped cross section
It has corners 7, 7 at some points, and one of the corners 7, 7 is provided with a recess 8 which is recessed downward. The depth D of the recess 8 is preferably determined according to the diameter of the wire harness 1. That is, it is preferable that after the wire harness 1 is placed, the floor carpet 9 is laid on the floor panel 2 so that no protrusion is formed on the floor carpet 9.

As described above, according to the floor structure for a vehicle of the present invention, (1) the wire harness is placed in the recesses of the floor tunnel and the cross member for wiring. For this reason, the floor carpet has no convex portion, and the appearance is improved. (2) Since the convex portion of the floor carpet is eliminated, there is no rugged feeling when stepping on the floor carpet. (3) The risk of wire harness disconnection due to movement of the seat is eliminated. (4) Since the wire harness is installed at a position higher than the bottom surface of the floor panel, there is no fear of electric leakage even if the floor gets wet.
