Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a connecting apparatus in which it is not required to prepare a stepping motor for every specification and by which a cord is welded easily to a printed-circuit board by a method wherein a slender groove is formed at the edge of a flange at the magnetic pole of an insulator, a derivation groove is formed at the edge on the outer circumferential part of the printed-circuit board and a connection part is formed at the plane part of the printed-circuit board. SOLUTION: The terminal part of a stator coil 5 is housed temporarily in a slender groove 9 which is formed at a flange 7 at the root part of a magnetic pole at an insulator. Then, a printed-circuit board 12 is fitted in, and mounted on, the opening part of the insulator. In this case, the flange 7 at the root part of the magnetic pole at the insulator is expanded by the edge of the printed-circuit board 7 due to an wedge-shaped protrusion which is formed at the inside of the flange 7 at the root part of the magnetic pole at the insulator, and the printed-circuit board 12 is mounted on, and attached to, the wedge-shaped protrusion. Then, a lead wire at the terminal part of the stator coil 5 which is housed temporarily inside the slender groove 9 is moved into a derivation groove 14 at the printed-circuit board 12 so as to be bent further, and it is connected to a lead-wire connection part at the printed-circuit board 12.

2. Description of the Related Art Since a lead wire of a stator coil in a conventional stepping motor is provided for each magnetic pole of a stator core, a plurality of lead wires are collected, processed, extended, and connected to a power supply unit. Since the length to the power supply unit varies depending on the specifications, it is necessary to prepare motors with various specifications. There is also proposed a method in which a lead wire is welded to a printed board and then the board is attached to a stepping motor.

In the former case, it is necessary to prepare a stepping motor for each specification. In the latter case, the lead wire has the minimum necessary length for welding to the printed circuit board to be mounted. This is an obstacle to the motor assembly work, which inevitably reduces the production efficiency. It is an object of the present invention to provide a stator coil connecting device in a stepping motor that does not require a stepping motor to be prepared for each specification and facilitates code welding to a printed circuit board.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In the present invention, a printed circuit board is used to prepare for each specification only by a cord connecting a printed circuit board and a power source, and a stepping motor is not prepared for each specification. And cut the lead wire of the stator coil mounted on each magnetic pole part of the stator core to the shortest length necessary for welding to the printed circuit board, and at the same time, to prevent the lead wire from interfering with the mounting of the printed circuit board. Temporary storage. The problem was solved by adopting a structure in which the lead wire is taken out and connected to the printed circuit board after the printed circuit board is mounted.

According to the present invention, the insulator mounted on the stator core of the stepping motor is molded from a plastic material having insulation and elasticity, and a fine groove is provided at an appropriate position on the end face of the collar of the magnetic pole root of the insulator. Since a lead-out groove is provided on the outer peripheral end face of the printed circuit board fitted in the opening formed by the plurality of flanges of the magnetic pole root portion so as to face the narrow groove, the narrow groove of the collar of the insulator is provided. After temporarily housing the stator coil temporarily, the printed circuit board is mounted, the coil is pulled out from the narrow groove after mounting, and the stator coil is pulled out from the pull-out groove provided on the end face of the printed circuit board and connected to the connection portion of the printed circuit board. It is characterized by doing so.

[Effects] The present invention has the above-described structure and operation, and the lead wire of the stator coil mounted through the magnetic pole insulators of the stator core is temporarily housed in the narrow groove provided in the insulator. Then, after fitting the printed circuit board into the opening of the insulator, the lead wire is transferred to the lead-out groove formed on the end face of the outer peripheral portion of the printed circuit board and connected to the connection portion provided on the printed circuit board by soldering. Therefore, there is no need for the lead wire to have a length that would hinder other work or handling of the motor, and therefore, the assembling work can be performed quickly and easily, which has a great industrial effect. It will be.
