Therefore, a large difference may occur between the heat distribution of the furnace wall at the design stage of the incinerator and the heat distribution of the furnace wall during actual operation, and the surface temperature of part of the outer wall of the incinerator may become high ( For example, there is an example of observing 70 ° C or higher). Therefore, there is a concern that a person may come into contact with the outer wall of the incinerator, which has become hot, and may get burned, resulting in an accident. However, in order to totally insulate the wall portion of the incinerator and prevent all the outer walls from becoming high in temperature regardless of the internal combustion state, not only a great increase in equipment cost but also
Moreover, assuming that an unexpected combustion condition occurs,
It is difficult to discuss at the design stage of the incinerator whether or not all of the outer walls will certainly reach high temperatures. After all, in response to the heat distribution of the furnace walls during actual operation, it is necessary to take measures to increase the temperature after the fact. The current situation is that you cannot get it. However, in practice, it is considered to keep the outer surface of the wall part at a low temperature (in this case, about room temperature) by coating the outer wall of the incinerator with a heat insulating material. As a result, the temperature is maintained at a high temperature, which causes secondary heat damage to the furnace wall, enlargement of the high-temperature portion, and the like, which is not preferable.

The purpose is to provide a technology for countermeasures against high temperature of the furnace wall that does not easily cause problems.

It is possible to realize a state in which a person cannot directly touch the outer wall of the incinerator, and it is possible to prevent an accident such as a person touching the outer wall of the incinerator and getting burned at low cost. Further, since the planar body is breathable, even if it covers the outer wall of the incinerator, it does not hinder the heat radiation from the outer wall, and on the contrary, it is possible to promote the flow of air. Easy to cool, secondary to the furnace wall heat damage,
It is also possible to prevent the possibility of expanding the high temperature part. Moreover, since the outer wall of the incinerator is usually made of iron, the mounting part is made of a magnetic material that can be magnetically attached to the outer wall of the incinerator, so that it can be easily attached to and detached from the furnace wall, and secure fixation is achieved. Easy to do. Further, when the sheet is a punching metal or an expanded metal, it is advantageous in that the air permeability can be ensured while having sufficient strength.

As shown in FIG. 1, the incinerator outer wall coating panel of the present invention has a cover member 1 made of expanded metal attached and fixed to one surface of a steel frame 2 having a U-shaped cross section and the other surface of the frame 2. The magnet 3 is attached to the side to be magnetically attached to the furnace wall of the incinerator, and in the magnetized state, the cover member 1 is arranged so as to be separated from the outer wall W of the incinerator by the thickness of the frame 2. It has a configuration that can be installed. As shown in FIG. 2, a large number of such incinerator outer wall coating panels may be arranged in the high temperature portion of the incinerator outer wall W so that a person cannot directly contact the high temperature portion. At the same time, the ventilation space A formed within the thickness of the frame 2 helps to dissipate and cool the high heat of the furnace wall, and it is possible to easily prevent the furnace wall from being maintained at a higher temperature.

とする。[Other Embodiment] In the above embodiment, the expanded metal is used as the cover member 1, but it may be a punched metal or a wire mesh. That is, the ventilation space A can be secured against the external force by a person, the person can be prevented from coming into contact with the high temperature portion of the furnace wall, and the furnace wall is hard to be thermally insulated from the outside. If so, it does not matter. In the present invention, the expanded metal, punching metal and the like having such properties are collectively referred to as a sheet F. As the above-mentioned sheet material, expanded metal and punching metal are particularly preferable in terms of strength and the like. Further, the frame 2 is not limited to the one having a U-shaped cross-section, and may have any shape, but it is preferable that the ventilation space A can be easily secured, and in FIG. Although the frames 2 are provided only at both ends of the sheet F in the width direction, the frames may be provided over the entire circumference of the sheet F, or conversely, only at the four corners of the sheet F. A supporting member may be provided so that it can be attached to the outer wall W of the incinerator. Further, the structure is not limited to the magnetically bonded structure, but may be a bonded structure. The structure for fixing to the outer wall of the incinerator by these structures is referred to as a mounting portion B. Further, the incinerator outer wall W according to the present invention is not limited to the furnace wall of the combustion chamber itself, but also includes the outer wall of each part of the incinerator that communicates with the combustion chamber and is exposed to a high temperature, such as a flue duct. The wall portion is also collectively referred to as the incinerator outer wall W.
