2. Description of the Related Art As a method for constructing a tunnel, a so-called shield construction method is generally used in which segments (mainly made of concrete or steel) are assembled on the inner surface side of an excavation hole to construct a tubular wall body. As the segments used in this shield construction method, those having a rectangular shape in a plan view and an arc plate shape are mainly used, and these segments are joined together by bolts. When joining the segments by the bolts, a joint plate having holes communicating with each other when the joint surfaces of the segments are brought into contact with each other is buried in the vicinity of the joint surface of the segments. In general, a bolt is inserted into a hole of the above, and a nut is fastened and joined to the bolt. Further, there is also a structure in which an insert fitting as a nut member is embedded in each segment, and bolts penetrating adjacent segments are fastened to each other for joining.

However, in the above structure, a bolt is inserted into a hole formed in a joint surface of a joint at a construction site, and a nut is fastened to the bolt or embedded in a mutual segment. Since an extremely complicated operation of fastening bolts to the insert fittings is required, there is a limit in shortening the assembling time, and adaptation to automatic assembling by a robot has been difficult. Furthermore, even if the secondary lining is omitted, it is necessary to close the bolt box formed in the segment in order to install the bolt and nut, and a new joint is aimed at speeding up the construction and saving labor. At present, the development of the structure was urgently needed.

As a result, the male joint 3 is pulled to the female joint 4 side together with the bolt 9, and the male segment 1A and the female segment 1B are firmly pressed together at their joint surfaces 2 as shown in FIG. It is joined in the state where it was repaired. Further, by inserting the locking plate 13 between the disc spring 11a of the head 11 of the bolt 9 and the base plate 6 which are spaced at the same size as or slightly smaller than the thickness of the locking plate 13, these male and female members are inserted. The joint 3 and the female joint 4 are firmly joined. Here, the disc spring 11a of the head 11 of the bolt 9 and the base plate 6
The distance between the head and the head of the bolt 9 of the male joint 3 is the same as or slightly smaller than the thickness of the locking plate 13.
Since the disc spring 11a provided on the bottom side of 1 is elastically deformed, the contact resistance between the head 11 of the bolt 9 and the tapered surface 17 of the locking plate 13 is absorbed at the time of joining with the female joint 4, and as a result, The head 11 of the bolt is guided extremely smoothly to the back side of the locking plate 13 along the tapered surface 17 of the locking plate 13. That is, in the case of using only a normal bolt, the back surface side of the locking plate 13 is scraped by the head of the bolt 9 and is easily corroded, but according to the example of the present embodiment, the bolt 9 is used. Since the disc spring 11a provided on the bottom side of the head 11 absorbs the contact resistance with the locking plate 13, the back surface of the locking plate 13 can be protected without scraping the back side of the locking plate 13. Guided to the side, locking plate 13
It is guided very smoothly to the locking position on the back side of.

As described above, according to the segment joint structure of the present embodiment, the male segment 1A is inserted into the notch 12 formed in the locking plate 13 of the female joint 4 of the female segment 1B. By inserting the bolt 9 provided on the male joint 3, the head 11 of the bolt 9 is very easily locked on the back side of the locking plate 13, and the male segment 1A and the female segment are locked by the locking force. 1B can be joined in the circumferential direction to form a ring. As a result, compared to the conventional fastening structure using bolts and nuts or the fastening structure for fastening bolts to inserts,
The labor required for joining the segments 1 can be greatly reduced, and automatic assembly by a robot can be facilitated. Further, since there is no bolt box or the like, there is no need to close the bolt box. Can be. Further, the back surface near the notch 12 of the locking plate 13 of the female joint 4 is a tapered surface 17, and the head 11 of the bolt 9 of the male joint 3 is guided to the back surface of the locking plate 13 by the tapered surface 17. The female joint 4 and the male joint 3 are attracted to each other by engaging the head 11 of the bolt 9 of the male joint 3 with the notch 12 of the locking plate 13 of the female joint 4. The joining surface 2 of the mold segment 1B and the joining surface 2 of the male segment 1A can be joined very firmly.

As described above, according to the segment joint structure of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. According to the joint structure of the segment according to claim 1, by inserting the rod provided on the male joint from the side into the notch formed in the locking plate of the female joint,
The locking part at the tip of the rod is locked to the back side of the locking plate,
The segments can be joined together by the locking force. As a result, compared to the conventional bolt-and-nut fastening structure or the fastening structure for fastening a bolt to an insert, the labor required for joining the segments can be significantly reduced and the robot can be easily assembled automatically. In addition, since there is no bolt box or the like, the work of closing the bolt box can be omitted. Further, since the disc spring is provided in the locking part of the male joint, the contact resistance with the locking plate can be absorbed by the disc spring and significantly reduced when the female joint is joined. The part can be guided extremely smoothly to the locking position on the back surface of the locking plate. That is, since the contact resistance is large, for example, when the locking plate is made of metal, there is no possibility that the locking plate is shaved and easily corroded.
