【0017】Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a joint structure of segments that form a cylindrical wall in the axial direction of a drilled hole by connecting a plurality of holes to each other. 2. Description of the Related Art As a method of constructing a tunnel, a so-called shield method in which a cylindrical wall is constructed by assembling segments (mainly made of concrete or steel) on the inner surface side of an excavation hole is generally used. is there. As the segments used in the shield method, those having a rectangular shape in a plan view and an arc plate shape are mainly used, and these segments are joined to each other by bolts. As a structure for joining the segments with the bolts, a joint plate having holes communicating with each other when the joint surfaces of the segments are brought into contact with each other is buried in the vicinity of the joint surface of the segment, and these joint plates are embedded. In general, a bolt is inserted into the hole of the above, and a nut is fastened and joined to the bolt. There is also a structure in which insert fittings, which are nut members, are embedded in mutual segments, and bolts that penetrate adjacent segments are fastened and joined to each other. [0003] However, in the above structure, a bolt is inserted into a hole formed in a joint surface of a joint at a construction site, and a nut is fastened to the bolt or a mutual segment is formed. The extremely complicated operation of fastening bolts to the insert fittings embedded in the device requires an extremely complicated operation, so that there is a limit in shortening the assembling time, and it has been difficult to adapt to automatic assembling by a robot. Furthermore, even if the secondary lining is omitted, the bolt box formed in the segment must be closed in order to attach the bolts and nuts. At present, the development of the structure was urgently needed. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a joint structure of segments that can easily and surely join segments to each other. [0007] To achieve the above object,
, The joint structure of a segment according to claim 1, wherein the segment
By sliding the joint surfaces of
It is a segment joint structure that joins these joint surfaces.
Therefore, one joint surface is attached to the base plate and this base plate.
The rod provided, and the rod provided at the tip of the rod

And the other joint surface has a cutout to which the rod can be fitted from the side.
A notch is formed, and the rod is slid into the notch.
While fitting, the locking portion of the rod and the base plate
A locking plate that engages with the male joint by being inserted between
Provided with a female joint, the locking plate of the female joint,
The tape gradually narrows in the direction of insertion into the male joint.
In the joint structure of the segment formed in a rust shape, a washer is provided on the bottom side of the locking portion of the male joint, and the washer and the base plate are in contact with the locking plate of the female joint. The locking plate is characterized in that it is a tapered surface having substantially the same angle as the contact surface. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of a segment joint structure according to the present invention. 1 to 4, reference numeral 1 denotes a segment. This segment 1
Is a concrete segment formed in a trapezoidal shape in a plan view, and the joining surface 2 in the circumferential direction is formed of an arc plate inclined with respect to the axial direction of the excavation hole, and is joined in the circumferential direction By doing so, a ring constituting the cylindrical wall body is constructed. These segments 1 are composed of a male segment 1A and a female segment 1B, and these male segments 1A and female segments 1B are alternately connected in the circumferential direction. The male segment 1A is provided with a male joint 3, and the female segment 1B is provided with a female joint 4 to which the male joint 3 of the male segment 1A is joined. [0008] The male joint 3 is, as shown in Figs.
A base plate 6 having a hole 5 formed substantially at the center thereof, a cap nut 7 fixed to a communication position between the hole 5 on the back side of the base plate 6, and a base plate 6 fixed to the back side of the base plate 6. One having a pair of side plates 8 and bolts (rods) 9 which are inserted into the holes 5 from the surface side of the base plate 6 and fastened to the cap nuts 7 so as to protrude from the base plate 6. The side plate 8 is provided with an anchor 10 for fixing the male joint 3 to the segment 1. The head 11 of the bolt 9 of the male joint 3 is a locking portion, and a washer 1 is provided on the bottom side of the head 11 of the bolt 9.
0 is provided. The bolt 9 constituting the male joint 3 is inserted through a spacer 22. The amount of screwing of the bolt 9 is regulated by the spacer 22, and a washer 10 provided on the bottom side of the head 11 of the bolt 9.
The distance between the base and the surface of the base 6 is set to a predetermined size. The base plate 6 constituting the male joint 3 has a tapered surface 6a on the surface, and a lower surface of a washer 10 provided on the bottom side of the head 11 of the bolt 9 has a tapered surface 1a.
0a. The female joint 4 is, as shown in FIGS.
It has a locking plate 13 in which a notch 12 is formed, and a pair of side plates 14 are fixed to the back side of the locking plate 13,
An L-shaped bottom plate 15 is provided between the side plates 14. An anchor 16 for fixing the female joint 4 to the segment 1 is provided on the side plate 14. The notch 12 of the locking plate 13 of the female joint 4 is formed in a tapered shape in which the vicinity of the end gradually widens toward the end. The locking plate 13 is formed in a wedge-like shape whose thickness gradually decreases toward the opening side of the notch portion 12 so that the outer surface and the inner surface are tapered surfaces 13a and 13b, respectively. It has been. Here, the tapered surface 13a on the outer surface side of the locking plate 13 and the base plate 6 of the male joint 3
Is formed at substantially the same angle, and the tapered surface 13b on the inner surface side of the locking plate 13 and the tapered surface 10a of the washer 10 of the male joint 3 are formed at substantially the same angle. To join the male segment 1A having the male joint 3 and the female segment 1B having the female joint 4, the male segment 1A and the female segment 1B are slid together. Female segment 1
The bolt 9 constituting the male joint 3 of the male segment 1A is engaged with the notch 12 of the locking plate 13 constituting the female joint 4 of B. That is, the bolt 9 of the male joint 3 is fixed to the locking plate 1 of the female joint 4.
3 while inserting the bolt 9 of the male joint 3 into the notch 12 of the male joint 3.
The male segment 1A and the female segment 1B are slid so that the locking plate 13 of the female joint 4 is fitted between the washer 10 provided on the bottom side of the head 11 and the base plate 6. In this case, the locking plate 13 of the female joint 4 is bitten into the space between the base plate 6 and the washer 10 of the male joint 3 by the wedge effect of the female joint 4, whereby the male joint 3 and the female The joint 4 is firmly joined to each other, and the male segment 1A and the female segment 1B are joined in a state where the joint surfaces 2 are firmly pressed against each other as shown in FIG. Here, the surface of the base plate 6 of the male joint 3 and the lower surface of the washer 10 are tapered surfaces 6a and 10a, respectively.
Surface contact with the tapered surface 13a on the front side and the tapered surface 13b on the back side of the locking plate 13 of the above, so that the respective tapered surfaces 13a and 13b of the locking plate 13 are smoothly guided to the locking position without being damaged. can do. That is, when a normal washer is used as the washer 10 or a simple flat plate is used as the base plate 6, the tapered surfaces 13 a and 13 b on the front surface or the back surface side of the locking plate 13 are shaved by the washer or the corner of the base plate 6. However, according to the example of the present embodiment, the washer 10 or the base plate 6 does not scrape the locking plate 13 so that the locking plate 13 is in the locking position. You will be guided smoothly. As described above, according to the segment joint structure of the present embodiment, the male segment 1A is inserted into the notch 12 formed in the locking plate 13 of the female joint 4 of the female segment 1B. By fitting the locking plate 13 to the locking position between the base plate 6 and the washer 10 while inserting the bolt 9 provided on the male joint 3, extremely easily,
The ring can be constructed by engaging the male joint 3 and the female joint 4 and joining the male segment 1A and the female segment 1B in the circumferential direction by the engaging force. As a result, compared to the conventional fastening structure using bolts and nuts or the fastening structure for fastening bolts to insert metal fittings,
The labor required for joining the segments can be significantly reduced, and the automatic assembly by the robot can be facilitated. Further, since there is no bolt box or the like, the work of closing the bolt box can be omitted. it can. Also, the base plate 6 of the male joint 3 and the washer 1
Since the locking plate 13 of the female joint 4 to be fitted between 0 and 0 is formed in a wedge shape, the male joint 3 and the female joint 4 are formed with an extremely large force by the wedge effect of the locking plate 13. The joining surface 2 of the female segment 1B and the joining surface 2 of the male segment 1A can be extremely firmly joined. The front surface of the base plate 6 of the male joint 3 and the lower surface of the washer 10 are formed as tapered surfaces 6a and 10a having substantially the same angles as the tapered surfaces 13a and 13b on the front and rear surfaces of the locking plate 13, respectively. Therefore, at the time of joining the male joint 3 and the female joint 4, the locking plate 13 can be guided very smoothly to the locking position between the base plate 6 of the male joint 3 and the washer 10, and As in the case where a normal washer is used as the washer 10 or a simple flat plate is used as the base plate 6, the taper surface 13a, 1a,
There is no possibility that 3b is scraped off and becomes easily corroded. In the male joint 3 described above, the washer 10 having a rectangular shape in a plan view is used, but the washer 10 may have a planar shape of, for example, a circle. It is needless to say that steel may be used instead of concrete. As described above, according to the joint structure of the segment of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. According to the joint structure of the segment according to the first aspect, while the rod provided on the male joint is inserted into the notch formed on the engagement plate of the female joint, the engagement plate is connected to the base plate and the engagement portion. By fitting between the male and female joints, the male and female joints can be very easily engaged, and the segments can be joined together by the engaging force. As a result, compared with the conventional fastening structure using bolts and nuts or the fastening structure in which bolts are fastened to the insert metal fittings, the labor required for joining the segments can be significantly reduced and the robot can be easily assembled automatically. In addition, since there is no bolt box or the like, the work of closing the bolt box can be omitted. Also,
Since the locking plate of the female joint fitted between the base plate of the male joint and the locking portion is formed in a wedge shape, the wedge effect of the locking plate makes the male and female joints extremely large. The segments can be engaged with each other by force, so that the joining surfaces of the segments can be joined very firmly. Ma
Also, just attach the washer to the rod, and the abutment of the locking plate
The locking part can be provided with a tapered surface that makes surface contact with the surface.
