Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow to displace a lighting body in a good condition even to an external force from the oblique direction. SOLUTION: A tilting stay 7 is provided to a body fixing member 6, and while the diameter expanding part of a bolt with step 9 screwed up to a bracket 2 which is formed integral to a headlamp 1, and the slit 7a in the radius direction of the tilting stay 7, are engaged, an engaging projection 2b provided to the bracket is engaged to the slit 7a in the radius direction. A claw 7b provided to the tilting stay 7 is abutted to the body fixing member 6. When the headlamp 1 is displaced to the rear side by an external force in a collision, the engagement of an engaging projection 2b and the slit 7a in the radius direction is released by an input more than a specific load, the claw 7b is bent, and the tilting stay 7 is tilted, so as to absorb the impact force operating to the headlamp 1. Furthermore, the bolt with step 9 can be removed from the slit 7a in the radius direction. Since the headlamp 1 can be displaced by the tilting operation of the tilting stay 7, the headlamp 1 can be displaced even to an external force from the oblique direction.

In the headlamp mounting structure having the above structure, when the headlamp 21 is displaced rearward during a frontal collision, the bracket 22 slides together with the headlamp 21 while the guide member 25 is fixed to the stay 24. As shown in the phantom line in the figure. Since this sliding direction is the extending direction of the slide groove 23, that is, the front-back direction of the vehicle body, it may be considered that the sliding direction cannot be suitably performed with respect to an oblique input, for example.

According to the present invention, a bracket integrally formed with a vehicle lamp body attached to a vehicle body and a lever-shaped one end portion of which is tiltable with respect to the vehicle body. A stay having a slit that is supported on the other end and that is open outward in the radial direction at the other end, an engaging member that is integrally provided on the bracket so as to engage with the slit, and acts on the lamp body. The external force acts on the lamp body by having the positioning means for positioning the stay obliquely with respect to the displacement direction of the lamp body by the external force and holding the positioning state until the external force exceeds a predetermined value. In this case, since the stay can rotate about the rotation axis, it is possible to allow a wide range of directions in which the lamp body is displaced due to the difference in the direction of the external force. In particular, the positioning means is provided with a locking claw which is formed on either one of the stay and the vehicle body and abuts against the other and is deformed by an external force of a predetermined value or more, or the positioning means Is provided with a shaft member that is cut by a shearing force equal to or more than a predetermined value in the rotation direction of the stay at the overlapping portion between the stay and the vehicle body, or the positioning means is provided between the stay and the vehicle body. A convex portion formed on either one of the above and a concave portion formed on the other of the stay and the vehicle body so as to engage with the convex portion, and the convex portion and the concave portion The engagement state may be maintained until the turning force of the stay exceeds a predetermined value. Alternatively, a bracket integrally formed at a position separated from the fixed portion of a vehicle lighting body having a fixed portion fixed to the vehicle body and a lever-shaped one end portion of which is tiltable with respect to the vehicle body A stay having a slit open to the outside in the radial direction at the other end, and the lamp body is held in a state of being attached to the vehicle body in cooperation with the fixing portion, and an external force is applied to the lamp body. The same operation can be achieved by having an engaging member integrally provided on the bracket so as to engage with the slit in order to rotate the lamp body about the fixed portion as a fulcrum when actuated.

Then, as shown by the arrow D in FIG.
Since the stepped bolt 9 integrated with the headlamp 1 can be detached from the opening of the radial slit 7a, when a strong impact force is applied, the headlamp 1 and the vehicle body are separated from each other as shown in FIG. Is released, the stepped bolt 9 is disengaged from the radial slit 7a, and the headlamp 1 falls off from the vehicle body. This causes interference between the obstacle and the headlamp 1 at the time of collision. The influence on the body can be suppressed as much as possible. Further, the headlamp 1 itself also escapes from the impact, and the damage can be prevented.

As described above, according to the present invention, the lamp body is attached to the bracket on the vehicle body side through the stay that can be tilted by an external force of a predetermined amount or more, and a load of a predetermined amount or more is applied to the lamp body by a collision. In this case, since the positioning means is released and the stay tilts, the lamp body can be easily displaced toward the vehicle body side, so that the impact force of the lamp body can be appropriately absorbed. At this time, since the stay tilts, the lamp body can be effectively displaced against a collision force from a wider direction with respect to the structure in which the stay is simply slid.
