In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for speeding up of printing presses. With this demand, the air pressure from the blowing feet 7 of the sucker device 4 is increased, and the papers 1 loaded on the paper stack 8 are loaded.
It is designed to ensure that 0s are separated one by one. In this way, when the air pressure from the blowing feet 7 of the sucker device 4 is increased and the paper 10 is fed at high speed, the paper 10 is sent to the guide plate 23 while the air remains under the paper 10. Information board 23
Then, the paper regulating portions 19a of the plurality of paper regulating guide rods 19 are partially pressed to the guide plate 23 side at intervals in the direction orthogonal to the transport direction of the paper 10. Therefore, paper 1
The paper 10 in which air has accumulated below 0 has a space between the paper regulating guides 19, particularly a central portion 1 as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG.
The air 0a swells upward by the air staying on the lower side without coming into close contact with the guide plate 23, which becomes remarkable especially in the case of thin paper. The paper 10 guided on the feeder board 24 in such a bulged state is
On the feeder board 24, the guide roller 32 and the conveyor belt 30 partially sandwich the sheet 10 at intervals in the direction orthogonal to the conveying direction of the paper 10, so that the central portion 10a does not stick to the feeder board 24 and expands. It will be conveyed to the front contact side of the difference plate as it is. For this reason, even if the front end of the slip plate is aligned, it is gripped by the claws of the swing device as it is and is replaced by the claws of the impression cylinder. As a result, a double image is generated due to this, which causes a deterioration in print quality. In addition, when the amount of upward swelling of the feeder board 24 is remarkable, it cannot be gripped by the claws of the swing device, which may cause a paper jam or a failure of the printing machine.

In order to achieve this object, a sheet guiding device in a sheet feeding device of a printing machine according to the present invention is a sucker device for feeding stacked sheets one by one. And a feeder board, which is provided between the feeder board and the lower surface of the sheet, guides the sheet to the feeder board, and guides the air blown from the sucker device to the feeder board downward. Is. Therefore, the air blown to the lower side of the sheet is not guided to the feeder board side by the guide member but is guided below the guide member. Further, the sheet guiding device in the sheet feeding device of the printing machine according to the present invention is such that the upper surface of the guiding member is formed in an arc shape along the air blowing direction. Therefore, the air blown to the lower side of the sheet has a reduced flow velocity when passing through the central portion of the upper surface of the guide member, and a flow along the arc-shaped upper surface is generated. Further, the sheet guiding device in the sheet feeding device of the printing machine according to the present invention is such that the guide member has a hole penetrating downward. Therefore, the air staying on the lower side of the sheet is guided from the hole of the guide member to the lower side of the guide member and the floating of the sheet is corrected, so that the sheet sticks to the feeder board. The guide member guides the feeder board.

The feature of the present invention is that the front end portion 23a and the rear end portion 23b of the guide plate 23 attached to the holder 22a are lowered by a screw (not shown) inserted into a hole 23c formed in the central portion. It is a point that is curved to form an arc shape in a side view. By doing so, the paper 1
In addition to the function of guiding 0 to the feeder board 24, air flowing from the sucker device 4 to the feeder board 24 side below the paper 10 is guided to the lower side of the guide plate 23 from the gap 25 formed behind the rear end portion 23b. And release it,
It also has the function of controlling the floating of the paper.

That is, as in the above-mentioned conventional technique, the uppermost paper 10 is moved by the sucker device 4 to the paper feed roller 14.
When the paper is fed between the paper feed roller 17 and the paper feed roller 17,
An air flow is generated below 0 toward the feeder board 24. This air flows along the upper surface of the guide plate 23, and when flowing over the rear end portion 23b, the rear end portion 23b is curved downward, so that the flow velocity decreases and
In addition to the flow toward the feeder board 24 side, a flow along the curved rear end portion 23b occurs.

Due to the decrease in the flow velocity of the air in this way, it becomes difficult for the air to pass through the narrow gap between the paper regulating portion 19a of the paper regulating guide bar 19 and the front end of the feeder board 24, and moreover along the rear end portion 23b. Due to the flow, most of the air is guided downward (in the direction indicated by A in the figure) from the gap 25 formed between the rear end portion 23b and the feeder board 24. Therefore, the air flowing below the paper 10 is removed on the upstream side of the feeder board 24, so that the paper 10 is prevented from floating up over almost the entire area.

Therefore, the paper 10 is guided to the feeder board 24 so as to be in close contact with the guide plate 23, so that the paper 10 guided to the feeder board 24 is conveyed on the feeder board 24 by the conveyor belt 30 and the guide rollers 32. And are conveyed so as to be in close contact with the feeder board 24. Since the paper 10 is conveyed so as to be in close contact with the feeder board 24, the paper 10 whose front end is aligned with the front plate of the difference plate
Can be securely gripped by the claws of the swing device, and therefore, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a paper jam and the failure of the printing machine without damaging the grip. Further, the paper 10 that is gripped by the swing device from the claw of the swing device to the claw of the pressure drum
Since wrinkles do not occur in the sheet, it is possible to prevent printing defects such as double marks. Further, since the guide plate 23 can be curved and formed from a single flat plate material, the manufacture becomes easy.

In the present embodiment, the guide plate 23 is formed in an arcuate shape when viewed from the side, but the shape is not limited to this and may be, for example, a so-called wing shape in fluid dynamics. Further, the guide plate 23 may be formed as a flat plate and bent so that the tip end portion is inclined downward. In that case, since the flat plate-shaped guide plate 23 may be bent, the work is facilitated. Further, a large number of holes penetrating downward may be formed in the guide plate 23, and air may be guided downward through these holes. In that case, the guide plate 23 does not necessarily have to be formed in an arc shape in plan view. Instead, it may be flat.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is positioned between the feeder board and the sucker device for feeding the stacked sheets one by one, and supports the lower surface of the sheets. By providing a guide member for guiding the sheet to the feeder board and guiding the air blown from the sucker device to the feeder board side, the air blown from the sucker device side to the lower side of the sheet is guided. The sheet is guided not to the feeder board side but to the lower side of the guide member, so that the sheet is prevented from rising upward, and the sheet is guided in close contact with the guide member. For this reason, the sheet guided by the guide member to the feeder board is conveyed so as to be in close contact with the feeder board. It can be gripped securely, and therefore, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of paper jam and the failure of the printing machine without damaging the grip.
In addition, wrinkles do not occur on the paper that is gripped by the claws of the swing device to the claws of the impression cylinder and adheres closely to the peripheral surface of the impression cylinder. Is improved.

According to the present invention, since the upper surface of the guide member is formed in an arc shape along the air blowing direction, the air blown downward from the sheet feeding device side to the sheet is on the upper surface of the guide member. Since the sheet is guided below the guide member, the sheet is prevented from rising upward, and the sheet is guided in close contact with the guide member. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a paper jam and the failure of the printing machine without causing the gripping loss, and it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a printing defect such as a double print, thereby improving the printing quality. Further, the guide member only needs to be formed by bending one plate member, which facilitates manufacturing,
Manufacturing costs are reduced.
