Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent separation from an air tire, provide wearresistance and the property of preventing the production of dust, and to improve the strength by applying an urethane lining to a part or the whole of the surface of a tire. SOLUTION: A part or the whole of the surface of an air tire 1 is lined with urethane. The thickness of the urethane lining 2 is 6mm or less. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent separation from the air tire due to lowering of air pressure or the like and to make the most of the property of urethane in view of strength. The tire is used for carrying material and products in a semiconductor manufacturing factory or the like, espectially in a room where the dust-proofness is required.
