2. Description of the Related Art A corrugated tube disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-126727 is known as a device for protecting a branch line branched from a trunk line of an electric wire bundle. As shown in FIG. 8, the corrugated tube 50 is a bellows-shaped tube in which a slit portion 51 is formed in the axial direction. With this corrugated tube 50, the trunk line 52 of the electric wire bundle
The branch line 53 can be pulled out from the slit part 51 while covering. In this case, the corrugated tube 50 is formed of a resin material having a strong elastic force so that the trunk line 52 does not protrude from the corrugated tube 50.

According to the branch clamp for the corrugated tube having the above structure, since the slit portion is provided at the portion corresponding to the root of the branch line of each half body, the trunk line and the branch line of the wire bundle are separated from each other. When protecting with a branch clamp for the corrugated tube, the corrugated tube on the main line side can be seen through this slit portion and overlap with the corrugated tube on the branch line side. Therefore,
The corrugated tube covering the main line can be placed in the branch clamp without splitting. Further, the trunk line and the branch line can be completely covered with the corrugated tube by letting the corrugated tube on the main line side look out of the slit portion and overlapping the exposed corrugated tube on the main line side with the corrugated tube on the branch line side. .

Next, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the corrugated tube 25 is placed in the main line portion 15 of the left half-divided body 3, and the left branch line portion 17 is used as a fulcrum at points A and A. The slit portion 21 (see FIG. 3) is largely opened by rotating in the direction of arrow B. In this state, the central portion of the corrugated tube 25 is inserted into the slit portion 21. Similarly, the branch line portion 10 on the opposite side is rotated in the direction of arrow C with the points A and A as fulcrums to open the slit portion 14 widely. In this state, the central portion of the corrugated tube 25 on the opposite side is inserted into the slit portion 14.

In this state, the hinge portion 19 of the branch clamp 1 for the corrugated tube is rotated to close the left and right halves 3 and 4 so that they are overlapped with each other. As shown in FIG. The trunk line locking parts 7, 7 of the trunk line part 5 of No. 4 and the trunk line locking projections 16, 16 of the trunk line part 15 of the left half body 3 are locked, and the trunk line parts 5, 15 are locked. At the same time, the branch line locking portions 12, 12 (only one side is shown) of the branch line portion 10 of the right half-split body 4 and the branch line locking protrusions 18 of the branch line portion 17 of the left half-split body 3, 18 (only one side is shown) is locked, and the branch line portions 10 and 17 are locked. As a result, the left and right halves 3 and 4 are locked in an overlapping state.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 7, the tip of the branch line corrugated tube 30 overlaps with the trunk corrugated tube 25. In addition, the trunk line 5,15
Since the corrugated tube 25 is sandwiched between and the pressing portions 13 and 20, stable grounding is possible regardless of the thickness of the main line 26. Further, the ribs 6 and 22 (see FIG. 3) of the main line portions 5 and 15 are the concave grooves 25c of the main line corrugated tube 25.
The corrugated tube 25 for the main line is retained in the main line portions 5 and 15 by being fitted therein. Further, the ribs 11 and 23 (see FIG. 3) of the branch line portions 10 and 17 are fitted into the concave grooves 30b of the branch line corrugated tube 30 so that the branch line corrugated tube 30 is located inside the branch line portions 10 and 17. Hold on.

As described above, according to the branch clamp for the corrugated tube of the first aspect, the slit portion is provided at the portion corresponding to the root of the branch line of each half-split body. Further, according to the branch clamp for corrugated tube of the second aspect, the tongue-shaped pressing portion is provided at the portion corresponding to the root of the branch line of each half body. Therefore, by protecting the trunk line and the branch line of the wire bundle with the branch clamp for the corrugated tube, it is possible to prevent the branch line from being damaged by the slit portion of the corrugated tube.

A branch clamp for a corrugated tube, which is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid- Open No. 54-85396 , is known to protect a branch line branched from a trunk line of a wire bundle. As shown in FIG. 9, a branch clamp 60 for a corrugated tube forms a T-shaped tube with a main line portion 61 and a branch portion 64. The main line portion 61 is a half-split body 61a, 6
1b is halved and is openably and closably connected by the first hinge portion 62, and the branching portion 64 is halved by half-divided bodies 64a and 64b and is openably and closably connected by the second hinge portion 65.
As shown in FIG. 10, the corrugated tube 67 is obtained by stacking and locking the half-split bodies 61a and 61b and stacking and locking the half-split bodies 64a and 64b.
The trunk line 68 and the branch line 69 covered with can be stored in the branch clamp 60 for the corrugated tube.

As shown in FIG. 1, a branch clamp 1 for a corrugated tube is made of a resin material and is composed of left and right halves 3 and 4 in which a T-shaped tube is halved and connected by a hinge portion 19. ing. Since the left and right halves 3 and 4 are formed in substantially the same shape, the right half 4 will be described, and the left half 3 will be omitted. That is, the right half-divided body 4 is composed of the main line portion 5 and the branch line portion 10, and the main line portion 5 is formed in a semi-cylindrical shape. Further, the main line portion 5 is provided with ribs 6 on the inner periphery of both ends, and is provided with main line locking portions 7, 7 on the outer periphery, and a curved opening 8 is formed in the center.
It has.

In this state, the hinge portion 19 of the branch clamp 1 for the corrugated tube is rotated to close the left and right halves 3 and 4 so that they are overlapped with each other. As shown in FIG. The trunk line locking parts 7, 7 of the trunk line part 5 of No. 4 and the trunk line locking claws 16, 16 of the trunk line part 15 of the left half body 3 are locked, and the trunk line parts 5, 15 are locked. At the same time, the branch line locking portion 1 of the branch line portion 10 of the right half body 4
2, 12 (only one side is shown) and the branch line locking claws 18, 18 (only one side is shown) of the branch line portion 17 of the left half-divided body 3 are locked, and the branch line portions 10, 17 are Locked. As a result, the left and right halves 3 and 4 are locked in an overlapping state.
