Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To nearly completely eliminate errors in assembling by a method wherein the thickness of a connection where vertical or horizontal chord member and inclined plate are superposed one on another can be made equal at any position. SOLUTION: In the truss, chord members and inclined plates have flat portions 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11 formed by inwardly folding and crushing side walls, and a flat portion of chord member and a flat portion of inclined plate are superposed one on another at an intersection of upper and lower chord members. And in the upper and lower chord members, a large number of horizontal pipes (a), in each of which a flat portion is formed at the center and both ends thereof, are connected in series. In the inclined plates, V-shaped pipe materials (b), in which a flat portion is formed at the center and both ends thereof, are connected in wavelike form, and at an intersection of upper and lower chord members, two horizontal pipes (a) normal to a horizontal pipe (a) and three V-shaped pipes (b) obliquely intersecting are collected together in such a manner that end flat portions of two horizontal pipes (a) are superposed on the central flat portion of one horizontal pipe (a), and end flat portions of two V-shaped pipes (b) are superposed on the central flat portion of one V-shaped pipe (b).

2. Description of the Related Art As a truss of this type, for example, Japanese Patent Publication Sho 5
The one disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 2-25168 is known. When connecting a horizontal chord member and a swash plate, this truss crushes an arbitrary position of the pipe material to form a flat portion with a double structure, and the flat portion is overlapped and fastened. In this case, there is a problem that the flat portion is wider than the pipe material, and the flat portion is thin and the strength is weak. Therefore,
For example, a strong truss as disclosed in Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 6-78649 was developed. This truss consists of long vertical and horizontal upper chords arranged in a grid, long vertical and horizontal lower chords also arranged in a grid, and long side corrugated diagonal timbers that connect the intersections of the upper and lower chords. Each chord and swash plate are made of square pipe material, and are provided with a quadruple-shaped flat portion obtained by bending both side walls of the square pipe material inward, and the intersection of the upper chord and the lower chord. In the above, the flat portion of each chord member and the flat portion of the swash plate are overlapped and fastened.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-786
In the truss described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 49, the flat portion has a thickness four times as thick as that of the pipe material to enhance the strength, and the lateral width is almost equal to the diameter of the pipe material, which makes it easy to stack the flat portions. However, there are the following problems.

That is, usually, a plurality of long materials such as 5.5 meters, 8 meters, and 11 meters are prepared for the chord material and the diagonal material, and those having a necessary length according to the size of the structure are used. ing. However, when the roof or the like of the structure is a large-sized structure longer than the length of the single chord, for example, a plurality of the chords and the swash plates are arranged in the horizontal direction, and It is necessary to unite flat members. In this case, in the middle flat portion of a certain chord member, the flat portion of this chord member itself, the flat portion of another chord member orthogonal to this, and the flat portion of the swash plate intersecting in two diagonal directions. , And will overlap, but at the location where the chord members and diagonal members are connected horizontally as described above, for example, at the point where the chord members are connected, one end of the chord member is flattened. The flat end portions of the other chord members connected to the above are overlapped excessively, and the overlapping thickness of this portion is larger than the overlapping thickness of the intermediate flat portion. Therefore, the thickness of the chord member and the swash plate at the flat portion of one continuous portion is different from the thickness of the connecting portion, and as a result, the truss itself is distorted. Therefore, in order to avoid this, prepare a large number of chords and swash plates according to the size of the truss, change the angle of the chords and diagonals, and change the thickness of the spacer of the overlapping section to increase the overall thickness. It is inferior in economic efficiency and workability because it requires other design and processing such as adjusting. Furthermore,
As mentioned above, preparing a large number of chords and diagonal members and connecting them as needed may cause accidental connection of different sized pieces, and in some cases it may be necessary to reassemble the truss. .

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to make the overlapping thicknesses at the connecting positions of vertical and horizontal chords and diagonal members equal at any position, to prevent the occurrence of distortion of the truss, and to standardize the chord members and diagonal members. The purpose is to provide a truss that can be used and is economical and easy to work with, and has excellent workability.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the structure of the present invention has a lattice-shaped upper frame body in which a large number of pipe-shaped chord members are vertically and horizontally assembled, and also a large number of pipe-shaped chord members. A grid-shaped lower frame body assembled vertically and horizontally, and two pipe-shaped diagonal members that are diagonally arranged between the upper frame body and the lower frame body to connect the intersections of the upper and lower chord members. And each of the chord members and each diagonal member is provided with a flat portion in which side walls are bent and crushed inward, and at the intersection of each of the upper and lower chord members, the flat portion of each chord member and the flat portion of the diagonal member are provided. In the truss that is fastened by superposition,
Each of the upper and lower chord members is formed by connecting a number of single horizontal pipe members with flat portions formed at the center and both ends, and each diagonal member has a flat portion formed at the center and both ends. A large number of one V-shaped pipe members are continuously formed in a corrugated form, and at the intersection of the upper and lower chord members, two horizontal pipe members orthogonal to one horizontal pipe member are diagonally crossed. Two V-shaped pipe materials are assembled, and the end flat portions of the other two horizontal pipe materials and the central flat portion of one V-shaped pipe material are combined with the central flat portion of one horizontal pipe material. It is characterized in that the two flat end portions of the V-shaped pipe material are overlapped and fastened.

According to the invention of each claim, at the intersection of each chord member and each diagonal member, there is always one central flat portion of the horizontal pipe member and one end flat portion of the other two horizontal pipe members. Since the central flat portion of one V-shaped pipe material and the end flat portion of the other two V-shaped pipe materials are superposed, the superposed wall thickness and weight of each upper and lower intersection point are the same, No distortion occurs in the entire truss.

Similarly, the truss can be assembled simply by preparing a standardized horizontal member having the same structure and a V-shaped pipe member having the same structure, and since no extra material is required, it is excellent in workability and economical efficiency. Since each member is light and compact, it is advantageous for storage and transportation.

1. A lattice-shaped upper frame body in which a large number of pipe-shaped chord members are vertically and horizontally assembled, a lattice-shaped lower frame body in which a large number of pipe-shaped chord members are vertically and horizontally assembled, and an upper frame body. And two pipe-shaped diagonal members arranged diagonally between the lower frame and the upper and lower chord members to connect intersections of the upper and lower chord members. Equipped with a flat part that is bent and crushed,
In the truss which is fastened by superposing the flat portion of each chord member and the flat portion of the diagonal member at the intersection of the upper and lower chord members, each upper and lower chord member has a flat portion at the central portion and both end portions. A large number of formed single horizontal pipe members are formed in series, and each diagonal member is formed in a corrugated shape by connecting a plurality of single V-shaped pipe members having flat portions at the center and both ends. At the intersection of each of the upper and lower chord members, two horizontal pipe members orthogonal to one horizontal pipe member and three V-shaped pipe members intersecting diagonally are assembled to form one horizontal pipe member. The end flats of the other two horizontal pipes, the central flat of one V-shaped pipe and the end flats of the other two V-shaped pipes overlap with the central flat of the pipe. A truss characterized by being fastened.
