Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a possibility of scraping off unnecessarily and deeply a material to be deposited when removing the deposition jig from the material, and to suppress the occurrence of a micro-defect by providing a gap between the end edge part of the main body of the deposition jig and the material. SOLUTION: For a linear 2 formed by a thin metal plate, the surface of the thin metal plate is closely butted and overlaid on the surface of a flat square barrel main body 1 opposed to the material, and is positioned so that a gap with prescribed interval and depth from the end edge part of the surface of the square barrel main body 1, can be formed. And, by butting and pressurizing the tip of an electrode on the center part of the outside surface of the liner 2 and the center part of the outside surface of the opposite square barrel main body 1 corresponding to the center part of the outside surface of the liner 2, and by resistance welding, that is, by the spot welding of lap resistance welding, a joining part 4 melted between the surface of the square barrel main body 1 and the surface of the liner 2, is formed and joined. The deposition jig of the square barrel formed by joining the liner 2 to the square barrel main body 1, is mounted on the material by fillet welding, and is used as the deposition jig for aligning grooves.

However, the square piece 31 of the conventional welding jig, which is attached to the side plate 33 of the material to be welded by the fillet welding 35 as described above, is shown in FIGS. 8 (a) and 8 (b). As described above, when the weld metal portion of the fillet weld 35 and the lower portion of the square piece 31 are deleted with an air arc gouging machine or a grinder and the square piece 31 after use is to be removed from the side plate 33, the square piece 31 Since it is attached to the side plate 33 in close contact with the fillet weld 35, the boundary line between the side plate 33 and the square piece 31 is not clearly identified. Therefore, when the fillet weld 35 is deleted, the side plate 33 of the material to be welded is often shaved deeper than necessary to form the concave portion 42, and the concave portion 42 at the deeply shaved portion is built up. It was necessary to repair the surface of the overlay welded portion by welding and to smoothly finish it by grinder grinding finish, and the jig mark repairing work was complicated and took a lot of trouble.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a welding jig to be attached by fillet welding of the present invention is provided between a welding jig main body end edge portion and a material to be welded at a fillet welding site. A gap of a predetermined interval is provided, and the gap of the predetermined interval is a predetermined gap toward the inner side of the welding jig body with a predetermined depth in parallel with a predetermined depth. The welding jig main body surface is formed so as to abut against the material to be welded so that the gap has a cross-sectional shape having a predetermined depth with a widened width. Then, by securing a gap having a predetermined distance and depth between the welding jig and the material to be welded, generation of microscopic defects that are likely to occur in the fillet welding root portion is suppressed, and the welding jig and the material to be welded are prevented. By clarifying the boundary with the material to be welded, when the welding jig is removed from the material to be welded, the material to be welded is not shaved deeper than necessary.

Discontinuous crack-like fine defects, which are often found along the fusion line of the fillet root of fillet welding, are formed when the weld metal solidifies due to a local shift in solidification time. It is thought that, like the comparative example of FIG.
The lower end of the square piece main body 11, that is, the lower end of the square piece main body 11 that abuts on the welded material 15 is chamfered in a triangular cross section, and the tip of the fillet weld 16 makes the welded material 15 and the square piece main body 11 have the same shape. If it is formed so as not to come into contact with the narrow contact surface 13, it is considered that the generation of the fine defects can be suppressed.

However, the square piece of the welding jig formed by chamfering as in the comparative example of FIG. 3 has a structure in which a gap 12 having a triangular cross section is formed so that the inner space is narrowed.
The tip of the weld metal of the fillet weld 16 constructed with the welding rod 14 aiming at the contact easily comes into contact with the narrow contact surface 13, and due to the contact, fine defects are likely to occur, and also the square piece body 11 and the welded body are welded. The boundary with the material 15 becomes unclear, which may cause the problem of shaving the material 15 to be welded deeper than necessary.

FIG. 4 shows a square piece of a welding jig having a chamfered structure that solves the above problems. As in the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, this square piece has a gap 22 at a predetermined interval between the lower end portion of the square piece body 21 of the welding jig body, that is, the lower end portion of the square piece body 21 contacting the material 24 to be welded. Are chamfered into a trapezoidal cross section that widens toward the inside of the square piece main body 21 to a predetermined depth, and are formed so as to project, or, although not shown, toward the inside of the square piece main body 21 at the same predetermined intervals The weld metal tip of fillet weld 25, which is formed by chamfering a rectangular cross section with a gap 22 to a predetermined depth and projecting the lower end, is constructed with a welding rod (not shown) aiming at the gap 22. The material to be welded 24 and the narrow contact surface 23 of the square piece body 21 are formed so as not to come into contact with each other.

Since the square piece of the welding jig formed by chamfering as shown in FIG. 4 has a wide space behind the gap 22, the tip of the weld metal of the fillet weld 25 to be constructed with a welding rod aiming at the gap 22. The part does not come into contact with the narrow contact surface 23. Therefore,
Since the generation of fine welding defects can be suppressed and the boundary between the square piece body 21 and the material to be welded 24 becomes clear, there is no fear of causing the problem of cutting the material to be welded 24 deeper than necessary. .

As described above, according to the welding jig of the present invention, the gap between the welding jig body end edge portion at the fillet welding location and the material to be welded has a rectangular cross section or a cross sectional shape widened inward. Since the protruding welding jig body surface that abuts the material to be welded is formed so as to provide a gap, it is possible to reliably secure a gap having a predetermined distance and depth between the welding jig and the material to be welded. Since the secured gap makes the boundary between the welding jig and the material to be welded clear, when the welding jig is detached from the material to be welded, there is no fear of shaving the material to be welded deeper than necessary. Furthermore, the secured gap also suppresses the generation of fine defects that are likely to occur at the root portion of fillet welding. Therefore, the welding jig can suppress the generation of welding defects and can significantly reduce the repair of the jig trace.

Further, the welding jig formed by joining the liner to the surface of the flat welding jig body facing the material to be welded has a gap having a predetermined gap and depth around the outer edge of the liner which is excellent in the above effect. The welding jig can be manufactured reliably by simply joining the liner to the surface of the welding jig body by spot welding of lap resistance welding or the like. Therefore, the welding jig can be efficiently and extremely easily manufactured.
