ムおよび0.1%酵母エキスを含む水溶液を水酸化ナト
リウムでpH5.5に調整したもの)10mlおよびガ
ラスビーズ(径2.8〜4.0mm)0.6gを入れ、
シリコセンをして、オートクレーブで滅菌(121℃、
15分間)した。冷却後、土壌懸濁液(真砂土3gをイ
