By the way, there are various patterns on the unevenness 12 on the back surface of the shoe sole 11 described above, and these patterns have the rubber material 2 having a substantially uniform thickness.
It is formed by press forming a and 2b.
Even with one sole 11, there are differences in the depth of the groove due to the unevenness 12 depending on the location. In this case, there is no problem as long as the material of the sole 11 is uniform, but if the sole 11 is made of two or more kinds of rubber materials (two-color rubber material) whose materials are partially different, Problems arise.

Two rubber materials 2a, 2b which are manufactured by the punching dies 1a, 1b and have a substantially uniform thickness.
After being punched out, it is press-molded by a molding die 7 to be integrated into a shoe sole shape. At this time, a deep groove is formed in the shoe sole 11 at a portion where the irregularities 8 of the molding die 7 are large. A shallow groove is formed in the sole 11 at a portion where 8 is small. In this way, at the place where a deep groove is formed in the shoe sole 11, the shoe sole 11 becomes thin and excess rubber material flows into other places, and conversely, in the shallow groove in the shoe sole 11. At the location where the is formed, the shoe sole 11 becomes thick, and excess rubber material easily flows from other locations. As a result, the boundary 13 between the two color rubber materials 2a ′ and 2b ′ has, for example, a wavy shape, and there is a problem that a good appearance of the shoe sole 11 cannot be obtained and the commercial value is significantly reduced.

As described above, in the present invention, the press molding is
Concavities and convexities 28a and 28b, which are substantially the same as the concavities and convexities 31 on the bottom surface of the sole of the rubber material 21a and 21b at the time of completion, are formed in the molding die 2
4 is carried out in a state in which it is fitted with the unevenness 23 which is almost the reverse of the unevenness 31 on the back surface of the shoe sole at the time of completion.
The pressure applied to 1a and 21b is equalized in each part, and from the place where the deep groove is formed in the shoe sole 32 by the large unevenness 23 of the molding die 24 (the place where the shoe sole is thin), the excess rubber material is applied to the other place. Further, it is difficult for the rubber material to flow in, and it is also difficult for excess rubber material to flow into other portions from where the shallow grooves are formed in the shoe sole 32 (thick portion of the shoe sole) due to the small irregularities 23 of the molding die 24. As a result, the two-color rubber material 21a ',
The boundary 33 of 21b ′ does not have, for example, a wavy shape, and a good appearance of the shoe sole 32 can be obtained.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, a rubber material is used in which the same irregularities as those on the bottom surface of the finished shoe are formed by a punching die having irregularities that are substantially inverted from the irregularities on the bottom surface of the finished shoe. By doing so, even when two or more types of rubber materials having different materials are press-molded and integrated into the shoe sole shape, the boundary of each material on the shoe sole after press molding is good in terms of the appearance of the shoe sole. As a result, the yield and the commercial value in the production of shoe soles are significantly improved.
