Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts of a connection mechanism of a metal plate, simplify a construction process, and reduce cost. SOLUTION: A recessed section 28 formed integrally in a metal plate 26 is fitted in a groove 22 of a bed material 20b, and a side plate section 26b of the metal plate 26 is fixed on the bed material 20b by a fixing tool. A hook part 26i in the other side part of the other metal plate 26 on the bed material 20b is pressed in the recessed section 28 through a clearance on the recessed section 28 of the corresponding metal plate 26 to come into contact and engage with a lower face of a plate end receive part 26g in the recessed section 28. At this time, a protruding part 26j blocks the clearance to prevent the entry of rainwater into the recessed section 28.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention
The side of 4 is supported by the upper surface of the plate end receiving portion 12 of the plate receiving member 6 which is separate from the roof plate 14 and the plate pressing surface of the plate stator 10 which is separate from the roof plate 14. Consisting of made up. As a result, the number of parts that make up the roof plate joint increases, which complicates the roof construction process and causes a cost increase. Further, when pressure is applied in a direction in which the roof plate 14 is blown up by strong wind or the like, this pressure is transmitted to the plate stator 10 through the plate pressing surface, and a large load is applied to the joint between the plate stator 10 and the plate receiving member 6. Therefore, there is a problem that the joint portion is easily worn. Also, if rainwater is sprayed on the roof,
There is a problem that rainwater enters from between the upper surface of the roof plate 14 and the plate pressing surface, and the rainwater is transmitted from the side edge of the roof plate 14 to the back surface. An object of the present invention is to solve the above problems.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is designed so that a large number of elongated metal plates 26 are connected and arranged on a base material 20b having a large number of grooves 22 formed in parallel with each other. In an enclosure used for a roof or the like, the flat plate is provided on one side of each of the metal plates 26 with a lower horizontal bottom wall portion 26e parallel to the flat plate portions 26a and substantially the same width as the groove 22. A recessed portion 28 which is surrounded by a pair of vertical wall portions 26c and 26d formed at right angles to the portion 26a and has an open upper portion, and the flat plate portion 26a at the outer end of the recessed portion 28.
Side plate portion 26b formed on the same extension plane of the above, and a rising portion 2 provided upright at substantially the center of the lower horizontal bottom wall portion 26e.
6f and the flat plate portion 26a on the upper portion of the rising portion 26f.
A plate end receiving portion 26g that is bent on an extension plane of the flat plate portion 26a and has a front end facing a side end portion of the flat plate portion 26a with a predetermined gap (G), and the flat plate portion 26a. A vertical plate portion 26h that is integrally provided and is bent vertically downward with respect to the flat plate portion 26a is provided on the other side portion of each metal plate 26, and a V-shaped portion is formed between the vertical plate portion 26h and the lower portion thereof. The hooking portion 26i bent obliquely inward and upward so as to be formed and the protruding portion 26j protruding a predetermined length on the extension line of the flat plate portion 26a with the vertical plate portion 26h as a boundary are integrally provided, The recessed portion 28 of the metal plate 26 is fitted into the groove 22 of the material 20b to mount the metal plate 26 on the base material 20b, and the side plate portion 26b of the metal plate 26 is fixed to the base material 20b by a fastener. While fixed, adjacent to the metal plate 26, another metal plate of the same shape 6 is placed on the base material 20b, and the hooking portion 26i on the other side of the other metal plate 26 is pushed into the recessed portion 28 from the gap (G) on the recessed portion 28 of the metal plate 26 adjacent thereto. And the end of the hook portion 26i of the other metal plate 26 is received by the plate end receiving portion 26 of the adjacent metal plate 26.
The lower surface of the projecting portion 26j is brought into contact with the upper surface of the flat plate portion 26a of the adjacent metal plate 26 so as to be in contact with the lower surface of the g. In addition, the hook portion 26
When i is pushed into the recessed portion 28 from the gap (G) and fitted, the lower end of the vertical plate portion 26h forming the V-shaped portion 30 with the hook portion 26i contacts the bottom surface of the recessed portion 28. It was made to touch. Further, a step k is provided on the flat plate portion 26a of the adjacent metal plate 26 to form a step surface 26a '.
Is formed, and the projecting portion 26j is overlapped with the stepped surface 26a ′ of the flat plate portion 26a, and is disposed so that the upper surface of the projecting portion 26j and the upper surface of the flat plate portion 26a of the adjacent metal plate 26 are flush with each other. It is arranged.

A large number of metal plates 26 having the same shape are arranged between both side portions of the base material 20b, and these V-shaped portions 30 and plate end receiving portions 26g are engaged with each other as shown in FIG. Then, each lower surface is adhered to the washer 36 with an adhesive. In the above-mentioned configuration, even if a large wind force is applied to the metal plate 26, the catching portion 26i is in contact with and engages with the lower surface of the plate end receiving portion 26g, so that the metal plate 26 is prevented from rising.

Further, since the metal plate 26 is adhered to the washer 36 with an adhesive, the adhesive force prevents the metal plate 26 from being lifted up by wind force and from being distorted. Rainwater passes through the gap G from the overlapping portion of the protruding portion 26j and the flat plate portion 26a, and enters the right-side concave groove 42 of the concave portion 28 in FIG. 1 with the rising portion 26f as a boundary. Due to the water stopping action of 26j, the amount is small. The rainwater that has entered the groove 42 is guided to the gutter at the eaves. The vertical plate portion 26h prevents the rainwater that has entered the groove 42 from flowing into the left side from the vertical plate portion 26h. To prevent this inflow, rainwater that enters the concave groove 42 is
It is extremely effective because it is slight due to the water-stopping effect of. Further, the intrusion of rainwater into the lower side of the metal plate 26 is also prevented here because the hook portion 26i is in contact with the lower surface of the plate end receiving portion 26g.

In the above-described embodiment, a step corresponding to the thickness of the protruding portion 26j is formed at the overlapping portion of the protruding portion 26j and the flat plate portion 26a of the adjacent metal plate 26. However, as shown in FIG. When a step k corresponding to the thickness of the protruding portion 26j is provided on the step 26 and a step surface 26a ′ parallel to the flat plate portion 26 and lower than that is formed, when the protruding portion 26j is superposed on the side portion of the adjacent metal plate 26. The upper surface of the protruding portion 26j can be arranged on the same plane of the flat plate portion 26a without forming a step at the next stitch.
