Therefore, it is conceivable that a hanger body which hangs both shoulders of a garment by a pulp fiber material which can be easily incinerated or recycled and a hook portion which can suspend the hanger body form a simple hanger. Specifically, the suspension in which the pulp fiber material is dispersed is pressed and heated between a pair of molds to remove water and press-molded into a hanger shape having a hook portion. More specifically, the block-shaped lower mold has a molding portion on its upper surface that protrudes corresponding to the hanger shape, and the block-shaped upper mold has a molding portion that recesses on the lower surface corresponding to the hanger shape. Equipped with. The pulp fiber material is molded into a hanger shape by being pressed by both molds, whereby,
A hanger made of pulp fiber is obtained.

However, since the clothes hanger normally hangs and supports the clothes hung on the hanger body by the hooks, the hooks made of pulp fibers are not suitable for the clothes hangers even though the hooks require sufficient strength. Since the hook portion is formed to be elongated as compared with the hanger body, there is a disadvantage that the strength of the hook portion is low.
