Abstract
본 발명은 상부에서 하강되는 프레스 금형이 인입출되도록 받침대상에 홈을 형성하여 내부에 액체를 수용시킨후 용기의 성형에 알맞게 재단된 금속판을 받침대 홈 상부에 대응시켜 상부의 프레스 금형으로 가압하면 홈내에 수용된 액체의 유압에 의하여 용기의 바닥에 무늬 모양을 성형할 수 있도록 창안된 액체를 이용한 용기의 무늬모양 성형방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention forms a groove on the pedestal so that the press die descending from the upper side is drawn out to accommodate the liquid therein and then press the metal plate cut appropriately for the molding of the container to correspond to the top of the pedestal groove and press the groove into the upper press die. 본 발명은 일측의 금형만으로 금속판을 액체에 압력을 가압하여 용기의 바닥 상하에 무늬 모양을 성형할 수 있도록 창안된 액체를 이용한 용기의 무늬모양 성형 방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a pattern-forming method of a container using a liquid created to form a pattern on the bottom and bottom of the container by pressurizing the liquid to the metal plate with only one mold.
