見ても，決して安全とは言ない，このため犯罪に巻き込
まれた時の自己防衛の手段． 【構成】 常時持ち歩ける書道具に直接，夜光塗料，香
料，ガスの混合した液体を密閉したもので，幼児や年寄
のように，力の弱い人でも簡単に使用することが出来
る．

【産業上の利用分野】犯罪に巻き込まれた時の自己防衛
の手段．

【従来の技術】音によるもの，電気ショツク，催涙ガス
スプレーによるもの．

【発明が解決しようとする課題】今日，一般社会生活の
環境において，防犯の点から見ても，決して，安全とは
言ない，従来の方法では，型が大きく，常時身に付けて
持ち歩く事に無理があった．

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は，犯罪を犯行す
る前に防止させる夜光塗料，香料，ガスの混合した液体
を直接書道具に密閉した犯罪防止液体入り書道具であ
る．
【０００５】犯行に巻き込まれ，犯罪防止液体入り書道
具を使う時，幼児や年寄の力の弱い人にも簡単に破損さ
せ，夜光塗料，香料，ガスの混合した液体を放出させる
ための折り曲げ破損ケ所に切り口を設けてある．

【作用】上記のように犯罪防止の手段とする事が出来
る．

【発明の効果】本発明は，以上説明したように構成され
ているので，次の効果を奏でる．

り，常時持ち歩ける書道具に犯罪防止液体が直接密閉し
てあるので，防犯の効果を発揮する事が出来る．

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 書道具本体内部の上部に空どう部を設
    け，空どう部の外側の中央部に折り曲げたら破損するよ
    う切り口を設ける，本体の上部の空どう部に，夜光塗
    料，香料，ガスの混合した液体を注入し，この液体が漏
    れないように本体の頭部を密閉した犯罪防止液体入り書
    道具．
  2. 【請求項２】 書道具本体の材質は，夜光塗料，香料，
    ガスの混合した液体が漏れない金属，ガラス，化学合成
    物，セラミックスで，使用する時破損させても，人体に
    安全な書道具本体に切り口を設けた犯罪防止液体入り書
    道具．
