Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain appropriate output of printing by a method wherein thicknesses of a form part and a label part are almost equalized, and even when a printer is used, feed is carried out smoothly. SOLUTION: A label part 3 and a form part 2 are separably connected to each other by using a cutting part 4 as a border. The label part 3 is provided by superimposing a label sheet 9 to a rear face side of which pressure-sensitive adhesive is provided on release layout sheet 11 wherein a release agent is provided to a front face side covering the pressure-sensitive adhesive. The form part 2 is provided by superimposing reproducibly a form 5 on a stay form 6. Thicknesses of the label part 3 and the form part 2 are adjusted to almost the same thickness by a paper thickness of the stay form 6 of the form part 2.
