包装体の連続製造方法において、縦方向に移送する帯状
フィルムの縦重合シール縁部間に、注出口等の突起物を
挿入し、これを相対する熱シール面の一部に前記注出口
等の突起物の収容凹部を設けた各一対複数組からなる縦
熱シールロール群により、前記縦重合シール縁部と一体
に熱シールするに当り、前記注出口等の突起物の形状に
起因する各縦熱シールロールの注出口等の突起物の収容
凹部に注出口等の突起物が確実に収容されるように帯状
フィルムの引き具合の変化をセンサーにより検知し、こ
のセンサーの検知信号を前記各縦熱シールロールの駆動
用サーボモータに伝達して前記各縦熱シールロールの駆
動を制御して、前記注出口等の突起物と帯状フィルムの
縦重合シール縁部の熱シールを行うようにしたことを特
徴とするロール方式による注出口付き密封包装体の連続
製造方法。
