However, in the vertical automatic wrapping machine as described above, the rotary horizontal heat welding tools 4, 4 are horizontally arranged, and the tubular material slightly expanded when the articles to be wrapped are put therein. F
When the horizontal sealing is performed at once in a straight line with respect to 1, wrinkles may sometimes be generated in the horizontal sealing portion, resulting in poor horizontal sealing. In this case, the larger the swelling of the tubular material F1, the more likely it is that large wrinkles are generated. Tubular material F1
It is preferable to increase the swelling in order to increase the operation speed of the filling operation of the article to be packaged in the packaging operation, and there has been a problem in increasing the speed of the packaging operation with the conventional lateral heat welding tools 4 and 4 as they are. . In addition, if the rotational speed of the horizontal heat welding tools 4 and 4 is increased to increase the speed of the packaging operation, the time required for the horizontal sealing cannot be sufficiently obtained, and insufficient adhesion tends to occur.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a vertical automatic packaging machine according to the first aspect of the present invention is characterized in that a long heat-sealing packaging film supplied in a longitudinal direction is formed on a forming chute. The tubular packaging film is obtained by guiding and folding in two along the longitudinal direction, joining both side edges together, and vertically sealing the both side edges by the vertical heat welding means for supplying the longitudinal direction. In the vertical direction are sequentially sealed horizontally by the horizontal heat welding means arranged downstream of the vertical heat welding means, and the solid or powdery material to be packaged in the bottomed tubular packaging film. Is filled through the forming chute and then sealed, and the package is manufactured by cutting the laterally heat-welded portion of the packaging film by a cutting means. But The vertical seal portion of the packaging film is tilted in the range of 1 to 10 degrees with respect to the horizontal so that the vertical seal side is up and the anti-vertical seal side is down, and at least one pair of seals starts sealing from the packaging film vertical seal portion side And it is characterized by comprising a pair of heat welding rolls which are formed in a spiral shape and come into contact with each other so as to end on the side opposite to the vertical seal.

Here, when the tubular packaging film is sequentially pressed from the vertical seal portion side to the anti-vertical seal side, it can be smoothly adhered without generating wrinkles. When the packaging film is sequentially pressed from the side to the vertical seal side, the relative movement of the facing packaging films is restrained by the vertical seal portion, and wrinkles are concentrated on the vertical seal portion. Therefore, the axis of the heat welding roll is inclined such that the vertical seal portion side of the packaging film is up and the anti-vertical seal side is downward, and the sealing portion of the heat welding roll is started from the vertical seal portion side of the packaging film to start the anti-vertical sealing. Since it is formed in a spiral shape so that it ends on the side, even if a certain amount of articles to be packaged is expanded, the tube-shaped packaging film moves in the longitudinal direction while ensuring sufficient transverse sealing time to ensure vertical orientation. Heat is smoothly and reliably welded without being wrinkled by the helical seal portion sequentially pressing from the seal portion side to the anti-vertical seal side. In this way, the sealing time is sufficiently secured by moving the packaging film in the longitudinal direction while moving the packaging film in the longitudinal direction, and the packaging operation speed can be increased.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the cross-sectional area of the molding chute through which the article to be packaged passes can be a large area such as a circle. Here, if the cross-sectional area of the portion of the molding chute through which the packaged product is passed is increased, the packaged product of solids and granular materials can easily pass, and the filling operation speed can be increased, and the powdered packaged product can be increased. In the case of, it is possible to lengthen the time for the thing soared by the fall to calm down,
As a result, the packaging operation speed can be further increased.
