つ、現在に至っているのが現状と云えよう。然うして、
既述せるペレット化の為の所謂、再生装置は既に可成り
以前より、先に触れた如きメカニズムのものを基本とし
た、同様装置の何種類かが此の種業界や又は、関係マー
ケット等に出回っているのを、屡、見受ける所ではあ
る。然し乍ら、之等前述せる如きペレット再生装置の総
べてのものに在っては、凡そ次に述べる如き基本的な面
に於て、大きな問題点が存在するので在った。即ち .先ず第一に挙げられる点は、重厚長大なかんづく長
大極まると云う代物である事である。即ち、在来公知品
の此の種、ペレット成型装置に在っては、装置其のもの
を構成する各々のエレメント(ホット・スクリュープレ
ス、駆動用電動機、其の他の付属品類等…)を、総べて
リニアーに結合せる基本設計である事から、其の長さ寸
法に至っては、何と1・5メートルにも垂とするものも
ザラに見受けられ、為に、只でさえ狭隘窮まりない一般
成型工場や町工場等に在っては、それこそ足の踏み場も
無い位の作業スペースである事からして、長大に及ぶ代

ルメントであろうと、それが所詮、余りにも重厚長大な
るが故、そこら辺りの成型専門の町工場に於て重宝され
るには、根本的な設計上の重大なる問題が潜んでいると
云えよう。 .更に、上記〜項に於ける所謂、重厚長大化せる
インスツルメントである事は、大容量のランナーや若し
くは数種類にも及ぶ多くのランナー、スプルー等の処理
に対応すべく設計されたものである事は明白である。従
って、其の価格面に於ても、それこそ1台当たり数百万
円にも垂んとする高価なものにつく事から、射出成型加
工用周辺機器の1つとして存在はするものの、例えば色
替えを行ない且つ、多種多様に亘る合成樹脂原料毎の、
夫々のランナーペレット再生化を遂行しなければならな
いと云った現場に於ては、之亦、面倒な問題も惹起せざ
るを得なかったのである。 以上、縷縷、詳述せる如く、在来公知例の技術に基づく
ペレット成型装置に在っては、現実の成型工場等の諸々
の条件には到底、マッチングし得ないと云った根本的且

れ、此処に於てリサイクル材に依る、射出成型用合成樹
脂原料ペレットが量産されるに至ると云うものである。

レス(P)先端部には、所望せるサイジングのノズル
(N)を臨ませて装着し且つ、該、ノズル(N)よりの
混練状ストランドを、ガイド用グルーブ(G)に導入垂
下せしめ、其の端末部にて予め所望せる長さの再生ペレ
ットとしてカッティングする様、ロータリーカッター
