Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when constructing a fixed-size flooring material, in order to make longitudinal seams inconspicuous, the flooring material is cut at the beginning of the flooring to make the flooring material length constant. In some cases, a method of randomizing the joints at the time of finishing by randomly arranging the joints may be employed.

In the case of using the floor material of the above and performing the above-mentioned [random tension] method, there are the following problems. [A] When the flooring material of the above (A) is used, the seams in the longitudinal direction are appropriately dispersed to give a natural feeling as the flooring material, and there is an advantage that the yield is good. Since it is attached one by one, it takes time and effort
There was a disadvantage that the construction speed was extremely slow. [B] When the flooring material of the above (B) is used, the area of one flooring material is large, and there is an advantage that the construction speed is improved.
There was a drawback that a seam was formed over a length of 03 mm, giving an unnatural feeling. Also, depending on the size and shape of the room,
When a shortage occurs, the use of only a part of the material has to discard most of the remaining material, resulting in a decrease in yield. Furthermore, in the case of a direct-attached flooring material that is bonded on a concrete slab using an adhesive, the flooring material is once placed on the applied adhesive, and then a rubber hammer or the like is used to fit the fruit. Therefore, a large area of one flooring material leads to a large resistance, and the construction speed does not always increase in proportion to the area ratio.

As with the flooring in (B) above, 4.5 tatami mats are common in apartment buildings.
In a private room of about 6 tatami mats, the yield is poor and the construction speed is not so improved. In addition, there is a drawback in that the step-like seam interval cannot be made unnecessarily large for reasons of manufacturing and packing, so that the seam is inevitably dispersed and the seam tends to concentrate. [D] When the floor material of the above (D) is used, the width is 150 mm.
The disadvantage that the seams of a certain degree form a slightly unnatural feeling remains.

Adhesion is performed at a fixed interval of up to 300 mm. In this way, the seams at the time of [random tension] can be easily dispersed in a random manner, the feeling of finish can be improved, and the construction speed and yield can be improved in a room as large as a private room such as an apartment house.

In order to make the width between 20 mm and 180 mm constant and to disperse the seam, the two flooring materials are separated from each other by 100 m in the longitudinal direction.
It is a floor material in which long sides are adhered to each other at a fixed interval of m to 300 mm. Further, in bonding the long sides together, the floor material is bonded using any one of a hard hot melt, an epoxy resin adhesive, and a urethane resin adhesive. Also,
A floor material bonded with nails or staples using an automatic nailing device (called a tucker) in bonding the long sides together.

FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an embodiment of the present invention. A flooring material comprising two equal-width, equal-width, small-width flooring materials (1a) having a width of 76 mm and a length of 900 mm, which are shifted from each other by 200 mm in the longitudinal direction, and the long sides of the flooring materials which are in contact with each other are fixed by epoxy resin adhesive ( 1).

mm〜160mmである。In this embodiment, two equal-width, small-width floor materials having a width of 76 mm are bonded, and the total width is 120 mm.
As long as it has a fixed width of up to 180 mm, two small-width floor materials having different widths may be bonded. The total width is 120m
If the width is smaller than m, the construction speed becomes slow and the appearance becomes too dense. If the width is larger than 180 mm, the width of the joint becomes large, which is unnatural, and it is difficult to cope with the unevenness of the room, and the yield is deteriorated. Most preferably, the total width is 140
mm to 160 mm.

観上最も好ましくは100mm〜200mmである。[0010] Further, the adhesive is shifted by 200 mm in the longitudinal direction, but the degree of this shift is 100 mm to 300 mm.
The interval may be any number as long as it is a constant interval within the range. If the degree of displacement is less than 100 mm or greater than 300 mm, the seams appear to be concentrated at one place after construction, which is unnatural. On the other hand, if it is larger than 300 mm, the entire length of the floor material after adhesion becomes too large, which makes manufacturing and packing difficult. The degree of displacement is most preferably 100 mm to 200 mm in appearance after construction.

Naturally, it is performed from the back side of the floor material so that the appearance does not become unnatural after the construction. Further, as a method of bonding, complete fixing may be performed by bonding the entire long side to be in contact,
Partial bonding may be performed in order to divide the sheet and use it one by one at the time of upsetting. By making it dividable in this way, the yield is further improved.

FIG. 2 is an explanatory plan view showing a state where a plurality of floor materials (1) of the present embodiment are stretched. First, stretch the first row, then the second row
It is shifted by about 400 mm from the row, and then stretched sequentially. In this case, the seam (2) is uniformly dispersed, and the finished state is natural.
