2. Description of the Related Art It is widely practiced to store various substances in a container for storage and use. In such a case, the container is provided with a means for representing the contained substance to identify and identify the substance. Since many different substances have common perceptual characteristics, identification and identification by container is extremely simple, and is reliable as long as storage and selection are assumed.
However, the identification and identification of the substance by the container is naturally simple and reliable when the container is stored, and it can be used out of the container.
Subsequent identification / confirmation of the manipulated substance cannot depend on the container, and there is a limit to the perception discrimination. In this respect, posterior identification and confirmation must rely on the operator's records, but it is not always easy to ensure accurate records by encouraging accurate records during complicated operation processes, and it is not easy to make mistakes or errors during recording. The dangers of unavoidably accompany.

The applicant will point out this problem by taking as an example the inspection after weighing in the medicine dispensing operation performed by taking out the medicine that is identified and stored in the container bottle (powder apparatus bottle) to the outside of the container. In other words, the inspection after weighing the powder in the dispensing work includes confirmation of prescription items, prescription content, weighed medicine, weighed amount, and medicine package entry items for the purpose of preventing dispensing error, but especially for the weighed medicine. Discrimination / confirmation is important for preventing errors and requires sufficient knowledge and experience. In conventional audits, pharmacists with deep expertise and abundant experience make use of their five senses to judge the weighed powder by the appearance, smell, etc. of its color tone, particle type, adhesiveness, scattering, etc. Then, it collated and confirmed with the prescribed weighed medicine described in the prescription. However, there are not a few powders that are difficult to discern by the five senses, and the risk of error due to the amount of knowledge, years of experience, and physical condition of the pharmacist cannot be denied, and the risk of misidentification by the five senses is eradicated in principle. Can not.

Therefore, for the purpose of more reliable inspection that does not depend only on the five senses of the pharmacist, a powder medicine weighing inspection using a commercially available bar code has been proposed and implemented. This uses a barcode label as a record of the drug actually used during dispensing, and by reading the bar code information of the drug name recorded on the label, the drug used can be reliably confirmed and an accurate audit can be secured. That is the intention. However, this method has major problems in the following points and has not yet ensured an efficient and accurate audit. The first problem is that the barcode information is not visible. The use of barcode labels does not involve the risk of operator error in recording, and the identification and confirmation of drug name information by barcode reading is naturally accurate (even if unreadable,
In principle, reading errors are unlikely to occur). However, barcodes and labels that cannot visually recognize and identify the recorded contents are liable to cause confusion or errors in the basic operations prior to reading such as sorting, pasting, and maintenance.
The correction is alienated. Further, the bar code label is usually liable to be contaminated in the dispensing work, but in some cases, the correct information display function may be lost with a slight contamination that is not easily noticed by the operator. The inventors of the present invention asked six pharmacists who have more than one year of experience in dispensing to compare the conventional weighing / auditing with the five senses and the weighing / auditing to read using a bar code, and the simplicity and reliability were confirmed. We also conducted a questionnaire survey on the results of the questionnaire, and evaluated the reliability (reading certainty) of the audit and the ease of the audit when using a bar code as well. -It has a very low valuation and strong doubts about storability, and it is shown that the comprehensive evaluation is not a method of solving the problems associated with conventional methods and ensuring efficient and appropriate weighing and auditing. Further, comparing the weighing inspection using the bar code with the conventional weighing / inspection using the five senses, the inspection required time was shortened to a certain extent [ Code method is 17
3.7 ± 18.6 seconds], but the time required for weighing is nearly doubled [In the above comparison, 357.1 ±
Barcode method is 635.3 ± 3 for 23.6 seconds
8.5 seconds], the smooth and efficient dispensing work is unavoidable in the whole process of the powder weighing inspection. (In addition, the comparison of the above-mentioned weighing and inspection is performed by adding the method using the present invention as described later, and it is considered that it is difficult to distinguish Akineton fine particles, Impromen fine particles, Serenese fine particles, Tegretol. Fine Granules / Troperone S /
8 of horizonate, benzalin fine granules, levotomine 10 times acid
In addition to selecting items, 10 prescriptions prescribing these drugs are selected, and a total of 180 prescription powders are weighed and weighed by three methods. ) In this way, as is clear from the request for an audit in the drug dispensing business, there is no error in the posterior substance identification, discrimination, and confirmation when the substance contained in the container is used or operated outside the container. There are always risks and problems, and even if the records are managed using bar codes with a large amount of cost, these risks and problems cannot be effectively solved. For this reason, it is possible to leave reliable records such as substance names easily and accurately even in the complicated operation process, and to make subsequent identification / discrimination / confirmation physically and economically easy and reliable. There is a strong demand for the provision of recording means.

The container mounting stamp according to the present invention has the above structure. Therefore, for example, at the time of dispensing work, a container mounting stamp having a drug name on the printing surface 3a that is identified and stored in a container bottle (powder device bottle) is prepared, and the container bottle is used as the inner container 2 of the corresponding container mounting stamp.
The container bottle itself, which is directly and inevitably used in the dispensing work, serves as the recording means.
Moreover, when the prescribed medicine is used according to the prescription designation, the recording work is performed by placing the container bottle of the designated medicine with the container mounting stamp on the prescription or recording paper and gently pressing the medicine name. Since it can be affixed, there is no need to interrupt or marginalize the dispensing work, and there is no risk of forgetting or erroneous recording. Further, the container mounting stamp according to the present invention securely holds the container bottle only by mounting and fitting it on the inner container 2, and the printing unit 3 is also stabilized at a predetermined position inside the printing hole 1b by the elastic means 4. Since it is supported on the container and does not become soiled, it can be attached and fitted to the container bottle at all times, and there is no need to attach and detach during work and recording. As described above, the container mounting stamp according to the present invention makes it possible to secure a reliable and accurate record during the dispensing operation process itself, and even in the inspection after the weighing, the record of the weighed chemicals is obtained. It is possible to make sure of the discrimination and confirmation of, and eliminate the dispensing error.

As described above, the container mounting stamp according to the present invention is the conventional discrimination method utilizing the five senses of the discriminator with reference to the memory and record of the operator, like the inspection of the weighing chemical in the dispensing work. It provides simple and accurate records for (subsequent identification / discrimination / confirmation of substances used) and fundamentally solves the problem, but it was also proposed and implemented as a method of providing accurate records. It has many excellent advantages over using barcodes. That is, the container mounting stamp and the bar code use according to the present invention are common in that they provide a record in which the correspondence with the container-containing substance is confirmed in advance, and therefore the accuracy of the record repeatedly provided (inspection or discrimination). Reliability) is commonly attributed. However, the present invention having information such as visually recognizable characters and symbols is free from the complexity of work, confusion, error, and great expense accompanied by a barcode having information that is not visually recognizable.

This point is also clarified by the comparison conducted by the inventors in the above-mentioned powder powder weighing inspection and the questionnaire survey. According to the comparative implementation, the bar code usage was shorter than the conventional method in the time required for the weighing inspection.
According to the present invention, the required time is further shortened [173.7 ± 18.6 seconds in the barcode method, compared with 159.9 ± 21.2 seconds in the present invention], and the barcode usage is compared with the conventional method. The present invention can be achieved by the conventional method even with respect to the powder weighing time, which was significantly inferior.
In the present invention, 32.8 ± 38.5 seconds is 382.8 ±.
32.7 seconds]. In addition, a questionnaire survey was also conducted for each item of "ease of weighing (usability), time required for weighing, ease of auditing, reliability of auditing, time required for auditing, storability, maintenance". The reliability of the present invention far exceeded the use of barcodes in all the items except that the “reliability of” was only evaluated to the same degree. "Storability / maintenance" even in comparison with conventional methods that depend on the five senses of the discriminator
Was slightly inferior to the conventional method that does not require recording, and in other items, it was equal to or exceeded the deeply familiar conventional method. Furthermore, in the comprehensive evaluation comparing the conventional method, the use of barcodes, and the use of the present invention, the use of the present invention and the use of the present invention far exceeded both, while the conventional method and the use of barcodes remained at the same level of evaluation. As a result of being highly evaluated, the simplicity, certainty, and low price of the present invention were confirmed by experts in the dispensing work site.

Although detailed illustration of the printing unit 3 is omitted in FIGS. 1 to 3, any known printing mechanism can be adopted. For example, a lump of fibers impregnated with printing ink is enclosed inside the printing unit 3 and a leaching mechanism to the printing surface 3a is provided, or the inside of the printing unit 3 is divided to provide a storage unit for replenishing ink, and a stamp stand. Of course, it is naturally included that the printing seal can be formed without the need for the. Similarly, it is naturally included that the printing portion 3 itself or the closing surface 2a of the inner container 2 or the support plate 5 is provided with an ink supply port or the printing portion 3 is detachable.

In the container mounting stamp according to the present invention, since the printing portion 3 is stably supported at a predetermined position inside the printing hole 1b by the elastic means 4, the printing surface 3 is not used.
It is unthinkable that "a" projects and stains occur. But,
There is also a problem of dust sticking due to the protrusion of the printing surface 3a due to an erroneous operation and the fact that the printing surface 3a is opened, and therefore the use of caps for covering the printing hole 1b and the closing surface 1a of the outer container 1 cannot be denied.
