Description

The present invention relates to an automatic blood collection tube preparation device that automatically prepares a vacuum blood collection tube used for blood collection of a patient and a blood collection tube necessary for patient examination based on an order from a doctor.

Conventionally, a vacuum blood collection tube has been used as a blood collection tube used for blood collection of a patient.
This vacuum blood collection tube is made such that the inside of the blood collection tube is made to have a negative pressure and the blood of the patient is drawn into the blood collection tube by a pressure difference at the time of blood collection. In this way, it is necessary to keep the inside of the vacuum blood collection tube at a negative pressure. Therefore, before blood collection, the stopper of the blood collection tube is pulled out and the reaction reagent necessary for the inspection can be put into the blood collection tube. Can not. For this reason, the vacuum blood collection tube is sold in a state in which a reaction reagent or the like is previously placed therein.
As described above, since a reaction reagent or the like is previously placed in the vacuum blood collection tube, the purpose of use is determined for each vacuum blood collection tube, and the type is identified by the color of the stopper of the blood collection tube. .
For this reason, when blood collection is performed using the above-described vacuum blood collection tube, it is necessary to use a vacuum blood collection tube suitable for the purpose of the examination. If the selection of the vacuum blood collection tube is wrong, the collected blood reacts with a reagent that is not related to the test and cannot be used for the test. This is a serious problem when the test is urgent. .
The applicant has already proposed an automatic blood collection tube preparation device that can prevent a selection error of the vacuum blood collection tube and perform reliable blood collection before the examination (see Patent Document 1).
This automatic blood collection tube preparatory device accommodates each blood collection tube in a plurality of blood collection tube storage units, and based on order information from a doctor, from a blood collection tube storage unit in which blood collection tubes necessary for blood collection of a patient are stored A blood collection tube is automatically taken out, a label printed with a patient ID and blood collection information is automatically attached to the taken blood collection tube, and the blood collection tube after labeling is automatically stored in a tray or a bag for each patient. It is configured as follows.

Japanese Patent No. 3070522

As described above, the automatic blood collection tube preparation apparatus proposed by the applicant automatically takes out a blood collection tube from a blood collection tube storage unit in which a blood collection tube necessary for blood collection of a patient is stored based on order information from a doctor. If a predetermined type of blood collection tube is placed in the blood collection tube storage section, it is possible to reliably prevent selection mistakes in the vacuum blood collection tube.
However, applicants should conduct further research on the safety of preparing vacuum blood collection tubes prior to blood collection, considering that testing by blood collection is very important for the patient and in some cases life-threatening. Once again, it has been found that if an operator who puts a blood collection tube into the blood collection tube storage part of the automatic blood collection tube preparation device mistakes the type of blood collection tube to be put in, an erroneous selection of the vacuum blood collection tube may occur.
In view of the above-described problems, the present invention provides an automatic blood collection tube preparation device even if an operator who puts a blood collection tube in the blood collection tube storage section of the automatic blood collection tube preparation device has mistakenly selects the type of blood collection tube to be inserted. Therefore, it is possible to reliably detect mistakes and prevent selection mistakes, and not only for automatic blood collection tube preparation devices, but also for the types of blood collection tubes used in subsequent blood collection operations, automatic dispensing devices, and automatic analyzers. It is an object of the present invention to provide a vacuum blood collection tube that can automatically identify a blood collection tube and an automatic blood collection tube preparation device using the vacuum blood collection tube.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of a vacuum blood collection tube and a blood collection automatic preparation device using the vacuum blood collection tube according to the present invention will be described below with reference to an embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a vacuum blood collection tube according to the present invention.
As shown in the drawing, a wireless tag 2 is attached to the vacuum blood collection tube 1, and the product type information and expiration date of the blood collection tube are stored in the wireless tag 2.
The wireless tag 2 may be a type that can be additionally written or a type that cannot be additionally written.
Further, the wireless tag 2 can be configured such that a reading distance is obtained such that information on the wireless tag of an unrelated blood collection tube is not read at the time of reading with an automatic blood collection tube preparation device or an automatic analysis device.

2 is a schematic sectional view of the automatic blood collection tube preparation device according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged view of the automatic blood collection tube preparation device shown in FIG.
This automatic blood collection tube preparation device is based on blood collection information and specimen ID determined according to the examination item, in addition to the order number, examination item and patient attribute information included in the order information from the doctor, It is controlled by the control means 30. These pieces of information may all be inputted from a host computer (not shown) such as a host computer. However, the order information from the doctor is directly inputted to the control means 30 via a keyboard or the like, and the inputted order information is converted into the inputted order information. Based on this, the control unit 30 may determine the blood collection information and the sample ID.
Here, “patient attribute information” is patient-specific information such as patient name, patient ID, and / or gender.
“Blood collection information” is information regarding the type and number of blood collection tubes determined according to the examination item. Since the vacuum blood collection tube contains a reactive agent or the like according to the purpose of the inspection in advance, it is necessary to use a blood collection tube according to the inspection item. However, it is not always necessary to use a different blood collection tube for each examination item, and some blood collection tubes can be used in common for a plurality of examination items. For this reason, the type and number of blood collection tubes must be determined according to the examination item.
The “sample ID” is a number that is issued for each blood collection tube, and is associated with the information related to the test item for the blood (sample) collected in the blood collection tube and the order number.

As shown in the drawing, this automatic blood collection tube preparation device includes four blood collection tube storage portions 20.
Each blood collection tube storage unit 20 stores a predetermined type of vacuum blood collection tube a. The vacuum blood collection tube 1 is a vacuum blood collection tube having the wireless tag shown in FIG. 1, and the wireless tag 2 stores product type information and expiration date of the blood collection tube.
The four blood collection tube storage portions 20 are stored obliquely so that the front is lowered downward. Extruding means 21 is provided at a position corresponding to the frontmost part of the accommodated blood collection tube accommodating portion 20. The pushing means 21 enters the blood collection tube storage portion 20 through an opening formed in the bottom surface of the blood collection tube storage portion 20, and pushes the blood collection tube located at the foremost portion above the blood collection tube storage portion 20, Supply to the standby roll 22.
The four blood collection tube storage portions 20 are arranged in a stacked manner, and a blood collection tube transfer conveyor 23 extending in the vertical direction is provided in front of the four blood collection tube storage portions 20. The blood collection tube transfer conveyor 23 is provided with a blood collection tube receiving table 23a.
When the control device 30 drives the standby roll 22 corresponding to the blood collection tube storage unit 20 that stores the blood collection tube necessary for patient examination based on the blood collection information, the standby roll 22 rotates and the blood collection tube receives the blood collection tube. It is delivered to the table 23a.
The blood collection tube transfer conveyor 23 transfers the received blood collection tubes to the label sticking means 24 disposed above the conveyor 23.
The label sticking means 24 includes a standby roll 24a, a label-attached mount supply roller 24b, a mount collecting roller 24c, a sticking roller 24d, a pressurizing stand 24e, an auxiliary roller 24f, and a peeling plate 24g (see FIG. 3).
In the figure, reference numeral 25 denotes examination information writing means. This examination information writing means is based on information from the control device 30 and patient attribute information of the patient corresponding to the blood collection tube to be labeled. The specimen ID is written on the label in the form of characters, barcodes and / or electronic information.
The type of information to be written can be arbitrarily set in advance. Specifically, for example, if the specimen ID, examination item, patient attribute, order number, and the like are written in the wireless tag, these information can be used by the automatic analyzer after blood collection. Also, based on the order information from the doctor, the type and number of dispensing tubes and the amount to be dispensed are determined as needed, and if this information is written in the wireless tag, automatic dispensing is performed before analysis. This information can be used in the ordering device.
The inspection information writing means can be appropriately selected according to the label. Specifically, for example, when a label has a writable wireless tag, a printer that can write electronic information to the wireless tag in addition to characters and barcodes can be selected, and the label does not have a wireless tag In the case of a normal label, a printer that can simply write characters and barcodes can be selected.
When the standby roll 24a in the label applying means 24 rotates, the blood collection tube 1 is dropped from the standby roll 24a onto the pressure table 24e, and then the pressure table 24e pushes the blood collection tube 1 upward. The pressure table 24e, the sticking roller 24d, and the auxiliary roller 24f are supported at three points (see FIG. 3A).
In this state, the sticking roller 24d is rotated, whereby the blood collection tube 1 is rotated, and the label on which the examination information is written by the examination information writing means 25 is attached to the surface of the blood collection tube 1.
When the application of the label is completed, the pressurization table 24e is lowered downward, and the blood collection tube 1 falls on the discharge conveyor 26 below the pressurization table 24e (see FIG. 7B).
The blood collection tube 1 dropped on the discharge conveyor 26 is discharged to the outside of the automatic blood collection tube preparation device, where it is put in a tray or bag for each patient.
The automatic blood collection tube preparation apparatus configured as described above includes a reading unit 27. The reading means 27 is disposed above the standby roll 24a of the label sticking means 24, and reads the product type information and expiration date information of the blood collection tube from the wireless tag of the blood collection tube 1 on the standby roll 24a. .
The product type information and the expiration date information read by the reading unit 27 are sent to the control device 30. The control device 30 collates the product type information with the blood collection information, confirms whether or not the blood collection tube on the standby roll 24a is the type of blood collection tube necessary for the examination of the patient. If it is wrong, the entire apparatus including the examination information writing means and the label attaching means is stopped, and the user is warned that the type of blood collection tube is wrong by a warning lamp, buzzer or the like (not shown).
The verification by the control device 30 can be preferably set to be performed before the inspection information is written on the label by the inspection information writing unit, but may be performed immediately before the label is applied by the label applying unit.
