Description

The present invention provides an automatic blood collection tube preparation system that automatically prepares a blood collection tube necessary for examination of a patient based on an order from a doctor, and blood collection using the blood collection tube prepared by the automatic blood collection tube preparation system. The present invention relates to an automatic inspection system provided with an automatic dispensing device that automatically dispenses blood.

Conventionally, based on order information from a doctor including examination items, patient attributes, and order numbers, blood collection information and sample ID related to the type and number of blood collection tubes according to the examination items are determined by a host computer, and the blood collection information , Specimen ID, examination item, patient attribute and order number are input from the host computer, the blood collection tube necessary for blood collection of the patient is automatically selected based on the blood collection information, taken out, and the patient corresponding to the removed blood collection tube The patient attribute information is written in characters and the sample ID is printed on a label with a barcode, the printed label is affixed to the blood collection tube, and the blood collection tube after the label is attached to each patient's tray or bag for each patient (based on the order number) There has been proposed an automatic blood collection tube preparation system configured to be accommodated in a device (see Patent Document 1).

Japanese Patent No. 3070522

The automatic dispensing device reads the sample ID from the label of the blood collection tube and uses the sample ID to read it to the host computer. Information on the dispensing for the analysis of the sample is inquired, and the child sample is automatically dispensed before the analysis based on the information on the dispensing obtained from the host computer.
However, the above-described conventional method has a problem that dispensing cannot be performed unless the automatic dispensing apparatus is connected online to the host computer.
For this reason, first, there is a problem that the above-described system cannot be used unless a large-scale two-way communication environment in which both the automatic blood collection tube preparation system and the automatic dispensing device are connected to the host computer is constructed. Arise.
Second, if the host computer fails for any reason, dispensing cannot be performed until the host computer is restored, resulting in a problem that analysis cannot be performed. . In particular, this problem becomes a serious problem when urgentness is required for inspection.
Further, in the above-described system, the sample ID is read from the barcode printed on the label of the blood collection tube, and information related to the dispensing is referred based on the sample ID. There is also a problem that data errors do not always occur.
The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and can be used online or off-run as necessary.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic block diagram of an automatic inspection system according to the present invention.
As shown in the drawings, this automatic inspection system includes a blood collection tube automatic preparation system A and an automatic dispensing device B.

The blood collection automatic preparation system A includes a blood collection preparation device 1 and a blood collection device 10.
FIG. 2 is a schematic XX cross-sectional view of the blood collection tube preparation device 1 in FIG.
The blood collection tube preparation device 1 takes out a plurality of blood collection tube storage portions 2a to 2d each storing the same type of blood collection tubes a1 to a4, and selectively takes out the blood collection tubes from these blood collection tube storage portions and labels the taken blood collection tubes Take-out transfer means 3 for transferring to the affixing position;
Inspection information writing means 4 for writing information relating to inspection in the form of characters and electronic information on a label with a wireless tag;
Label attaching means 5 for attaching the label to the test tube;
And a discharge conveyor 6 for discharging the blood collection tube a after labeling.
Each means described above is controlled by the control device 7.
In addition to the order number, examination item, and patient attribute information included in the order information from the doctor, the control device 7 determines for each blood collection information, specimen ID, and specimen ID determined according to the examination item. Dispensed information. These pieces of information may all be input from a host computer or other host computer (not shown). However, the order information from the doctor is directly input to the control device 7 via a keyboard or the like, and the input order information is converted into the input order information. Based on this, the control device 7 may be configured to determine the blood collection information, the sample ID, and the dispensing information.
Here, “patient attribute information” is patient-specific information such as patient name, patient ID, and / or gender.
“Blood collection information” is information regarding the type and number of blood collection tubes determined according to the examination item. Since the vacuum blood collection tube contains a reactive agent or the like according to the purpose of the inspection in advance, it is necessary to use a blood collection tube according to the inspection item. However, it is not always necessary to use a different blood collection tube for each examination item, and some blood collection tubes can be used in common for a plurality of examination items. For this reason, the type and number of blood collection tubes must be determined according to the examination item.
The “sample ID” is a number that is issued for each blood collection tube, and is associated with the information related to the test item for the blood (sample) collected in the blood collection tube and the order number.
“Dispensing information” is information required when blood is dispensed from one sample (collecting blood vessel) to one or more child samples, and analysis is performed for each child sample. It has the type and number of pipes and the amount dispensed. This “dispensing information” is determined for each specimen ID based on the examination information corresponding to the specimen ID. For samples that do not require dispensing, no dispensing information can be set.
Based on the blood collection information, the control device 7
Controlling the take-out / transfer means 3 so as to take out the blood collection tube a necessary for blood collection of the patient from the blood collection tube storage portions 2a to 2d containing the necessary blood collection tube and transfer it to the labeling position;
At the same time, on the label b with the wireless tag,
On the wireless tag label b, the patient attribute information of the patient (patient name and patient ID number, etc.) is printed in characters,
Controlling the examination information writing means 4 so as to write the specimen ID and the dispensing information corresponding to the blood collection tube to be pasted into the wireless tag;
Furthermore, the label sticking means 5 is controlled to stick the label b processed by the examination information writing means 4 to the blood collection tube a that has been transferred to the label sticking position,
The discharge conveyor 6 is controlled so that the blood collection tube a after labeling is accommodated in the tray T of the blood collection tube storage device 10 for each patient.
The blood collection tube storage device 10 has a plurality of empty trays, and receives the blood collection tube a after labeling discharged from the discharge conveyor 6 of the blood collection tube preparation device 1 on the tray T. Then, every time the blood collection tube a for one patient is accommodated in one tray T, the tray that receives the blood collection tube a after labeling is replaced with an empty tray.
