Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining method and device which require neither an end form for the natural ground nor a strong support device. SOLUTION: This lining method includes pressing bags 6 filled with concrete 17 against the excavated natural ground by means of air bags 4, and using the bagged concrete that is hardened directly. A lining device 3 for use in the lining method includes a circular frame 5 designed to expand and fold, a jack 7 mounted on the lower end of the circular frame 5, the air bags 4 installed on the outer periphery of the circular frame 5 at predetermined intervals, and the concrete-filled bags 6 placed on the outsides of the air bags 4. The use of the lining method and device eliminates the need for forms and end forms, enabling the use of a simple frame and reduction of the cost required for excavation.

2. Description of the Related Art In tunnel construction at NATM, when the excavated natural ground surface is first lined with concrete,
In the primary lining using a concrete sprayer or the like, a large amount of dust rises and material loss occurs due to rebound, so that the NTL method using a special form has been proposed in recent years. In this NTL method, a semicircular formwork is arranged near the inner peripheral surface of the excavated ground, and a concrete having fluidity and rapid hardening is placed in the gap between the formwork and the ground. It is a construction method in which the primary lining is performed by doing. In this NTL formwork method, a formwork that moves on an arc-shaped frame is installed so as to be in contact with the natural ground, and the concrete is placed by dividing it from the lower part to the top end several times. There is also.

The NTL method is superior to the conventional concrete method by spraying in that it is more manoeuvrable and allows remote control of various lining equipment and has a good working environment. Has many. However, it requires a high degree of control and complicated operation of the equipment used, and the construction time is relatively long, and other work during that time is limited, or a gable form is required between the ground and the ground. There is a problem that it is difficult to form a reliable concrete because there is a limit to the familiarity with the natural ground.

The lining apparatus 3 for carrying out the lining method using the bag-filled concrete in the tunnel construction of the present invention has the above-mentioned structure. Follow the procedure below. (1) First, the expansion / contraction cylinders 9 are operated to stretch the entire circular frame 5. Next, while the bag disposing device 8 is running, the air bags 4, 4, ... On the outer periphery of the circular frame 5.
The bag 6 is placed on the outer surface of the bag, and this bag placement operation is performed at a safe position 5 to 10 m behind the face. (2) The entire lining device 3 is carried by the base machine 1 to the tip of the face as it is, and the lower auxiliary frames 5f, 5 are extended by the telescopic supports (jacks) 7, 7 and the turnbuckles 16, 16.
Tighten f and set. (3) After setting the lining device 3 on the face,
As shown in FIG. 5, the concrete pump 20 installed in the base machine 1 is driven to inject the concrete 17 into the concrete injection hole of the bag 6 from the nozzle 14 at the tip of the concrete hose 21. (4) At this time, the moisture in the concrete 17 exudes from the cloth of the bag, and as a result, a strong concrete is formed. It is more effective if pressure is applied at the time of concrete injection. When the injection is completed, the bag 6 is pressed against the natural ground side by a pressing support tool such as the airbag 4, 4, 4, ..., And the bag 6 is made to conform to it, and the concrete 17 is cured as it is. (5) Loosen the turnbuckles 16 and 16 to raise the auxiliary frames 5f and 5f, and further extend and retract the supporting device (jack) 7,
7 is loosened and the legs are raised, the partial frames 5b, 5d and 5d, 5e are folded by the expansion / contraction cylinders 9, 9, and further,
A cylinder (not shown) is operated to fold it as shown in FIG. 5 (B), and the lining device 3 is made to stand by on the road shoulder about 30 m behind the face. (6) After excavating the natural ground, the above operations (1) to (5) are repeated to perform the primary lining work of the tunnel.

As described above in detail, according to the lining method and the apparatus using the bag-filling concrete in the tunnel construction of the present invention, the following excellent unique effects are obtained. (1) Since the concrete is poured into the bag stretched in the shape of a semicircle and the primary lining is carried out, the form and the gable form are not required, so the conventional N
A simpler frame can be used as compared with the TL method. Therefore, the cost required for excavation can be reduced accordingly. (2) When the packed concrete is cured, the water content in the concrete is removed at an early stage, so that a strong support can be obtained. (3) Since the bag itself filled with concrete is self-supporting,
There is no need for strong supports when placing concrete. (4) Since the filled concrete is pressed against the ground together with the bag, it is possible to form a stable primary lining layer that is compatible with the ground to some extent.
