【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 カップ状商品が適当間隔をあけて載置さ
れて間欠駆動させられる供給コンベアと、該供給コンベ
アの前方に所定間隔をあけて設けられた袋開口装置、開
口部シ−ル装置及び搬出コンべアと、前記袋開口装置及
び開口部シ−ル装置と前記供給コンベア間に設けられ適
時に前方へ進出して先端が袋開口部内に装入され同時に
先端が拡開される先細り円錐形状のガイド部と、前記供
給コンベアの上方に設けられ前記ガイド部の前方進出に
連係して前記カップ状商品の後部に下降し該カップ状商
品を押圧して前記ガイド部から袋内部に充填し復帰する
プッシャ−と、前記袋開口装置、開口部シ−ル装置及び
搬出コンベアの側部に袋吸着供給装置を介して設けられ
た袋マガジン部とからなることを特徴とするカップ状商
品等の自動袋詰装置。
