Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hairdressing scissors which can be used both as general cutting scissors and comb-out scissors, and by which in the case of comb-out cutting, the position where to insert the scissors can be confirmed and the position where to insert the scissors is not limited so as to be easily handled.
