Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the effective beautiful boring of a small angled hole or a large hole. SOLUTION: Embroidery is performed by a machine having at least three needles 3a, 3b, 3c or more at the machine head 1, and the tips of two needles 3a, 3b at the machine head 1 are each formed in a cutter blade. At first, the stitch sewing of a desired pattern is performed at an appropriate position of a woven cloth in a state that one of the two needles has the cutter blade perpendicular to warps of the woven cloth and the other has the cutter blade perpendicular to wefts of the woven cloth. Subsequently, the warps and the wefts of the inside of the stitched pattern are serially cut by the vertical motions of the cutter blades to bore the hole of the stitched pattern shape. Subsequently, the edge of the bored hole is cross-stitched by the third needle 3c.

[0003] There are various forms of the above-mentioned thin rod-shaped cutting tools.
No. 9-36022, specifically, as shown in FIG. 8, a plurality of straight cutting blades e1 are formed on the peripheral surface of a sharp cone, and the tip of the needle bar of the sewing machine head is formed. At the time of its descent, the sharp end enters a relief hole 5b formed in a cylindrical portion near the needle hole 5a provided in connection with the lower thread shuttle. Become.

When drilling using the above-mentioned cutting tool, first, a sewing needle fixed to another needle bar of the sewing machine head is operated, and as shown in FIG.
The stitch stitch 8 is applied around the woven fabric w, and then, in the process of moving the needle bar with the fixed blade up and down, the feed moving base fixedly supporting the woven fabric w is integrated with the woven fabric w. The sharp edge of the cutting tool is pierced at a small interval over the entire area a of the fabric w to be perforated, and the cutting edge e1 is moved in a small pitch at a small pitch in an appropriate direction. As shown in FIG. 9, w is chopped to change into a cotton-like material w1. The cotton-like material w1 is suctioned and removed by a suitable vacuum suction means, and a through hole is formed in the woven fabric w.

The above-described pattern making process utilizing the hole punching process has the following problems. That is, because the processed hole is easily frayed from its periphery and to improve the appearance as a pattern, generally,
Overlocking is performed on the same peripheral edge after drilling. However, since the cotton-like material w1 remains without being completely sucked, it is embraced in the overlock sewing, and as shown in FIG. Nine parts become enormous in the thickness direction and have a poor appearance.

Further, since the sharp end of the cutting tool is pierced at small intervals over the entire area a of the woven fabric w to be pierced, it takes a long time to perform the piercing process, which is not suitable for piercing a large hole. The hole that can be processed is at most 5mm in diameter.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a sewing pattern sewing method according to the present invention is provided in which a sewing head is provided with at least three or more needle bars to perform sew sewing. The two needle bars in the sewing machine head each have a needle bar tip formed on a cutter blade, and one of the other needle bars has a direction perpendicular to the warp of the woven fabric. One of them is arranged in a direction perpendicular to the weft of the woven fabric. First, stitch sewing of a desired pattern is performed on an appropriate portion of the woven fabric. By sequentially cutting the warp and the weft by the up and down operation, the stitch sewing pattern shape is perforated, and then the overlocking of the peripheral portion perforated by another needle bar is performed.

Instead of the above method, the pattern can be created as follows. That is, the sewing head is provided with at least three or more needle bars to perform embroidery sewing. The two needle bars in the sewing head each have a needle bar tip formed on a cutter blade, and One has the cutter blade in the direction perpendicular to the warp of the woven fabric, and the other has the direction perpendicular to the weft of the woven fabric. Perform stitch stitching of the shape,
Next, any one of the above-mentioned cutter blades is operated up and down to cut either the warp or the weft of the woven fabric, and the stitched inside of the stitch is sewn into the stitch stitch pattern. No stitches remain, and then another needle bar is used to perform overlock stitching at the peripheral edge of stitch stitches.

a moves up and down, and when it moves down, the cloth presser 4a presses the cloth w, and under this state, the cutter blade e
Pierces the fabric w to a suitable depth in the needle hole 5a, and when the fabric w is not interfering with the cutter blade 6a, the feed moving table is horizontally moved, so that the cutter is moved. The cutter blade is moved, for example, in a closed loop with respect to the blade 6a, and the cutter blade is moved so as to be fed at a pitch equal to or less than half of the diameter (about 1.6 mm) each time one vertical displacement of the blade 6a is completed. Next, an embodiment of another pattern forming process by the cutter blade 6a or 6b will be described. First, the fabric w is fixed on the feed moving table of the embroidery sewing machine so that the warp m and the weft n are orthogonal to the plate-like blade surfaces e of the cutter blades 6a and 6b as in the previous embodiment. The stitch sewing of the desired pattern shape is performed on the patterning portion of the fabric w by operating the needle 7 and the feed moving table, and thereafter, the stitch sewing is performed by operating the feed moving table together with one of the cutter blades 6a or 6b. Only one of the warp m and the weft n is cut along the inner circumference of the stitch stitch portion, and only the other weft n or the warp m remains in the stitch stitch.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the two cutter blades can accurately cut a specific portion of the warp or weft to be cut, and therefore have a small acute triangle. A hole h such as a square or a square can be clearly drilled, and a hole h having a diameter larger than, for example, 5 mm can be formed by cutting only the periphery of the area to be drilled. It can be processed efficiently. Further, since the fabric portion within the area to be perforated is completely cut and separated from the fabric main body side and is neatly removed, the cotton-like material w1 of the woven fabric is embraced in the overlock sewing at the time of the overlock sewing around the hole. The pattern hole can be beautifully finished.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the pattern portions p1 and p2 are formed on the woven fabric only by the weft or the warp, so that a pattern having a different taste can be obtained. Further, according to the third aspect, a good cut of the woven fabric can be obtained, and a pattern hole having an excellent appearance can be formed.
