As the design expression by the former two-color molding method, there are two colors or two types depending on the color and material of the resin to be injection-molded. It didn't work. In the latter,
Even if the design is satisfied by the pattern of the transfer layer, the material is limited to a single material. For example, it was not possible to obtain a button having a button made of a thermoplastic elastomer resin in an audio panel made of an ABS resin, and having a multicolored and beautiful design applied to any resin. In addition, in the case of insert molding, a primary molded product (for example, a product with simultaneous molding) is obtained in advance, and this is then inserted (placed) in a secondary molding die in a separate process, and the secondary molding resin There is also a method of injection molding, but since the secondary molding is carried out with the lapse of time after obtaining the primary molded product, there are the following problems and it is practically not practiced. 1. It is difficult to insert into the secondary molding die due to shrinkage strain of the primary molded product. Or it may not be possible. 2. Since the secondary molded product is molded after the primary molded product has cooled, close contact between the primary molded product and the secondary molded product is not possible. Alternatively, since the adhesion between the primary molded product and the secondary molded product is poor, there is a problem that the insert sheet peels off at the interface between the primary molded product and the secondary molded product in the durability test. 3. Painting can be performed only on the primary molded product side (positioning with the secondary molded product becomes a problem). 4. The process is separated and the cost increases.

Specific examples of the primary transfer sheet 1 and the secondary transfer sheet 27 will be described. The primary transfer sheet 1 is basically a base sheet on which a primary transfer layer 30 is formed.
The secondary transfer sheet 27 is basically a base sheet on which the secondary transfer layer 31 is formed. Primary transfer layer 30,
The secondary transfer layer 31 includes a release layer, a pattern layer, and
The adhesive layers are laminated in this order. Examples of the material of the base sheet include various resins such as polyethylene terephthalate, acrylic, and thermoplastic elastomer. The release layer may be made of a polyacrylic resin or the like. When the release layer is required to have hardness, an ionizing radiation curable resin such as an ultraviolet curable resin may be used. The ionizing radiation-curable resin may be used alone, or may be used as a mixture with another resin. The picture layer uses a resin binder and a pigment or a dye. The picture layer may use a resin binder and a metal pigment or an inorganic pigment having a masking property. For the adhesive layer, a heat-sensitive or pressure-sensitive resin suitable for the materials of the primary molding resin 20 and the secondary molding resin 23 is appropriately used. For example, when the primary molding resin 20 is an acrylic resin and the secondary molding resin 23 is a urethane resin, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin may be used as the adhesive layer. The peeling layer, the pattern layer, and the adhesive layer are formed by various printing methods. The transfer sheet may have an adhesive layer including a primary adhesive portion that adheres to the primary molding resin 20 and a secondary adhesive portion that adheres only to the secondary molding resin 23. The transfer sheet may be one in which the adhesive layer includes only the primary adhesive portion that adheres to the primary molding resin 20. A portion of the transfer sheet corresponding to the secondary molding resin portion may be cut out. The transfer sheet may be cut into individual sheets or may be rolled up. The primary pattern layer and the adhesive layer are laminated in this order on the base sheet, and the base sheet is not peeled off 1
The next insert sheet may be used instead of the primary transfer sheet 1. The secondary transfer sheet 27 may be replaced by a secondary insert sheet in which a secondary pattern layer and an adhesive layer are laminated in this order on the substrate sheet and the substrate sheet is not peeled off.

In order to prevent the primary molding resin portion 21 from being separated from the core mold 4 when the mold is opened, the side wall from the top surface to the root is inclined in the protruding portion 19 of the core mold 4. In addition, it is preferable that the base has a constricted shape, that is, a so-called undercut shape (FIG. 14). Or core type 4
In this cavity, the opening of the cavity may have a constricted shape, a so-called undercut shape (see FIG. 1).
4). This is effective because the primary molding resin portion 21 is caught on the top surface of the projecting portion 19 of the core mold 4 and the opening portion of the cavity so that the primary molding resin portion 21 does not easily come off, and the primary molding resin portion 21 hardly separates from the core mold 4. The mold opening and the peeling of the base sheet may be performed at the same time.

The method of producing a two-color molding simultaneous two-stage decorative article of the present invention has, for example, a button made of a thermoplastic elastomer resin in an audio panel made of ABS resin,
In addition, it is possible to obtain a multicolored and beautifully designed resin. Further, since the primary molded resin part and the secondary molded resin part are continuously obtained, the following effects are obtained. 1. Since the secondary molding can be performed before the primary molding resin portion undergoes shrinkage distortion, it can be easily inserted into a mold. 2. Since the secondary molded resin part is molded before the primary molded resin part cools, the adhesion between the primary molded resin part and the secondary molded resin part is good. 3. Painting can be performed on both the primary molding resin part and the secondary molding resin part, and the positioning of the pattern is accurate. 4. The cost is low because the processes are not separated.

In the method of manufacturing a two-color molding simultaneous two-stage decorative article of the present invention, when the core mold is moved,
There is no need to rotate or slide the cavity mold in which a heavy device such as a transfer sheet feeding device or a transfer sheet winding device is installed. Therefore, an expensive driving unit having a large driving force is not required, the structure of the driving unit and the device on the cavity side is not complicated, the cost is low, and the productivity is excellent. Since only the primary molding resin injection nozzle is provided at the primary molding position of the injection unit, and only the secondary molding resin injection nozzle is provided at the secondary molding position of the injection unit. It does not become complicated, it is low cost, and it has excellent productivity.
