Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure which is suitable for executing an exterior wall panel from an indoor side and attaching the exterior wall panel to a wall substrate material firmly and without causing distortion. SOLUTION: An exterior wall panel 1 is attached to a wall substrate material 2 through a fixture 3 attached to its back. The fixture 3 has a base part 14 to laterally cross the back of a connecting part C between the exterior wall panels 1 being vertically mutually adjacent. Engaging pieces 16,17 are provided at the upper and lower ends of the base part 12, and a fastening piece 15 is severally folded up at the edges of the base part 14. The upper and lower engaging pieces 16, 17 are engaged in the upper and lower engaging parts 9, 10 on the back of the exterior wall panel 1 to unify the fixture 3 and the exterior wall panel 1. The fastening piece 14 of the fixture 3 is abutted to the wall substrate material 2 and fixed with a fastening tool 17 such as a nail and a machine screw.

2. Description of the Related Art In a residential area, adjacent houses are built close to each other, and it may not be possible to form a scaffold between adjacent houses. In such a case, a scaffold is installed on the indoor side of the wall base material, and the outer wall panel is supported from the indoor side and attached to the wall base material. For example, in the case of a horizontal type outer wall panel, the flange wall at the upper edge of the male-female fitting portion is cut and raised toward the indoor side, and the cut and raised attachment piece is fastened to the wall base material with screws and nails.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 7-3999 discloses a fitting that engages with a fitting portion on the upper edge side of the outer wall panel to prevent the outer wall panel from moving upward and tilting to the outside. (See FIGS. 56 and 59). This fixture has a mounting frame part having a U-shaped cross section that can be locked to a channel-made pillar of a wall base, and a locking part that engages with a fitting part of the outer wall panel. An engaging portion is integrally formed by bending at the lower edge of the front surface of the. The outer wall panel can be fixed to the pillar by locking the mounting frame portion to the pillar, fitting the locking portion into the fitting portion of the outer wall panel, and then fastening the mounting frame portion to the pillar with screws.

As described above, according to the mounting structure for fixing the outer wall panel to the column via the mounting tool,
Since it is not necessary to form a mounting piece at the work site, the outer wall panel can be easily mounted from the indoor side.
Forming the mounting piece also avoids the disadvantage that the waterproof function of the cut-and-raised part deteriorates. The problem is that the engagement part by the fixture is limited to the fitting part on the upper edge side of the outer wall panel, and the fixture simply presses and holds the outer wall panel immovably upward, so the outer wall panel cannot be firmly fixed. During long-term use, solar heat causes warpage and unevenness on the outer wall, which tends to damage the appearance. When the outer wall panel is heated by the fire of the next house, the outer wall panel is largely warped and deformed by the expansion action of the surface plate, and the male and female fitting parts are dissociated,
There may be a fire from the dissociation part to the indoor side.

The object of the present invention is to provide a small gap with the next house,
It is an object of the present invention to provide a mounting structure for an outer wall panel that can easily and firmly mount the outer wall panel from the indoor side when the outer wall panel must be mounted from the indoor side of the wall base material. Another object of the present invention is to prevent the outer wall panel from being warped and deformed due to the expansion of the surface plate of the outer wall panel due to heat, and to eliminate the surface irregularity of the outer wall surface during long-term use. Another object of the present invention is to provide a mounting structure for an outer wall panel that can prevent the wraparound.

The above-mentioned panel mounting work can be performed from the outside, but it is suitable especially when the space between the adjacent house is small and a scaffold cannot be assembled there. A predetermined number of fixtures 3 are sequentially attached to the back surface of the outer wall panel 1, and the fastening pieces 1
By fastening 5 to the stud 2a from the indoor side,
This is because the panel can be attached. In the panel-attached state, the upper and lower engaging pieces 16 and 17 of the fixture 3 fixed to the stud 2 a are the upper and lower engaging portions 9.1 of the outer wall panel 1.
0, and the base portion 12 is in close contact with the back surface of the connecting portion C of the outer wall panel 1 which is vertically adjacent to the base portion 12 while traversing vertically. Therefore, not only can the outer wall panel 1 be fixed so that it cannot move freely in the vertical direction, but also the panel surface can be reliably prevented from warping inward and outward, and surface irregularities of the outer wall during long-term use can be eliminated.

Upper and lower engaging portions 9.1 of the outer wall panel 1
0 and the upper and lower engaging pieces 16 and 17 of the fixture 3 can be implemented by changing the combination partner, respectively, and is not limited to the above combination form. Further, the cross-sectional shapes of the first fitting portion 7 and the second fitting portion 8 are not limited to those in the embodiment, and for example, the second fitting portion 8 may be formed in a multi-step groove shape, or may be formed by a plurality of adjacent grooves in the front and rear. By forming it, the existing fitting structure of the outer wall panel can be followed as it is. The panel mounting structure of the present invention can also be applied to mounting a vertically mounted outer wall panel. The outer wall panel 1 does not have to be a sandwich panel, but includes a shelf plate-shaped panel body obtained by bending a metal plate into a predetermined shape, and a panel body having a core material 6 attached to the back surface side thereof.

According to the present invention, the fitting 3 is mounted on the rear surface of the connecting portion C of the outer wall panels 1 and 1 which are vertically adjacent to each other, and the connecting portion C is attached.
Even if the outer wall panel 1 is attached from the indoor side by engaging and fixing the engaging portions 9 and 10 adjacent to the outer wall panel 1 with the fixture 3, the outer wall panel 1 can be easily and reliably constructed. It can be firmly fixed to the wall base material 2, and the same wall strength and durability as when mounting the panel from the outdoor side can be obtained. Since the warp deformation of the outer wall panel 1 can be prevented, surface irregularities of the wall surface during long-term use can be well prevented, and even if the core material 6 that easily expands or contracts is provided in the panel, the outer wall can be kept for a long time. It can be kept flush and its appearance can be maintained in the same state as when it was constructed. The panel surface is warped and deformed due to a fire in the adjacent house, and a gap is created between the connecting portions C of the adjacent panels, and it is possible to reliably prevent the fire from entering the interior, and the fire resistance of the outer wall can be improved.
