However, in this type of hose containing a reinforcing thread, both ends a of the hose A are attached to a coupler nipple B, for example, by a coupler, as shown in FIG. , The inner and outer layer tubes a 1 and a 2 of the hose A are stretched due to the internal pressure and the tensile force applied to the hose A during its use when connected by being tightened by the coupler nut C. R reinforcing thread r
Is displaced, and finally does not exist at the end portion a tightened by the joint of the hose A, and as a result, the strength such as the withstand pressure of the end portion a where the reinforcing thread r is lost sharply decreases. However, accidents such as bursting or detaching from the joint often occurred. D shows the trace of the thread coming off. Such phenomena result of examining the cause of occurs, reinforcing yarn r of the internal and external layer tube a 1, a 2 and tensile strength are differences simply interposed between the outer layer tube a 1 and the inner layer tube a 2 Since the inner and outer layer tubes a 1 and a 2 of the hose A are stretched during use, it is considered that the reinforcing thread r interposed therebetween is displaced. Therefore, in order to prevent this, as a hose with a thread, in the extrusion molding, when interposing a reinforcing thread in the inner and outer layer tubes, an adhesive is applied over the entire length of the hose to integrally bond the three parts over the entire length. However, in manufacturing such a hose with thread, not only is the work of applying the adhesive over the entire length extremely troublesome, but also expensive equipment is required, and the consumption of the adhesive increases. However, there are drawbacks that the manufacturing cost is significantly increased and the weight is increased. Therefore, the reinforcing yarn r at the end portion a tightened by the joint of the hose A does not shift in position, maintains a large pressure resistance for a long period of time, and manufactures a stable and reliable yarn-containing hose at low cost and with high efficiency. Development that can be done is desired.

EXAMPLES Next, examples of the manufacturing method will be described.
Inner layer tube made of polyurethane resin (JIS
Hardness HSA 75) based on K 7331 is molded, and a 630 denier nylon reinforcing thread is formed on the peripheral surface of the tubular mesh body by a braiding machine, and an outer layer tube (hardness HSA 75) is molded using polyurethane resin as a material. Then, the thread-containing hose S was continuously manufactured by extrusion molding. The dimensions were 6.5 mm inside diameter and 10.5 mm outside diameter. A large number of hoses S cut into, for example, 30 m suitable for use were prepared. As shown in FIG. 3, each of these hoses S was immersed in an adhesive solution prepared by appropriately dissolving water or an organic solvent for a predetermined length of one end 3 thereof. For example, as the adhesive liquid 4a in the processing tank 5, for example, an adhesive liquid prepared by dissolving a polyurethane-based adhesive (solid content 10%) in a MEK solution is prepared. Immerse one end part 3 for 5 minutes, 10 minutes,
It was immersed for 30 minutes. During this immersion, the adhesive liquid
From the lower end surface of each hose S, it was permeated and impregnated into the gap between the reinforcing yarn 2a and the inner and outer layer tubes 1a and 1b by a capillary phenomenon. Thus, depending on its soaking time,
Respective hose impregnated with the adhesive liquid from the end face with lengths of 5 mm, 10 mm, and 50 mm were obtained. By pulling up and leaving each hose after the dipping treatment, the hose S
The adhesive liquid impregnated inside was naturally dried or solidified by appropriate heat drying to obtain a reinforcing end portion 3'in which the reinforcing yarn 2a and the inner and outer layer tubes 1a and 1b are integrally bonded. . At the end 3 of each hose, 5m from the end face
Reinforced ends 3'containing adhesives of m, 20 mm and 50 mm were obtained respectively. Similarly, the other end 3 of each hose S was also impregnated with an adhesive, dried, and solidified to form respective reinforced ends 3 ', and thus the threaded hoses 1 of the present invention were manufactured.

[0010] Three types of threaded hose products 1, 2 and 3 of the present invention having different lengths of the reinforcing end portions 3'obtained by the above-mentioned production and a conventional threaded hose before being impregnated with an adhesive are used. As a control product S, a burst test and a joint pull-out test specified in JIS K 6330 were performed. In the joint pull-out test, both ends of the hose are attached to a nut coupler 20SN / PN hose joint manufactured by Nitto Kohki Co., Ltd. The tensile strength at the time of pulling out was measured. The test results are shown in Table 1 below.

As is clear from Table 1 above, the threaded hose-implemented products 1, 2, and 3 of the present invention have a higher burst pressure and a higher burst pressure than the control product S, that is, the conventional threaded hose having no adhesive on both ends. It was confirmed that the drawing strength was significantly improved.
Incidentally, according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, the immersion time of the adhesive solution is 5
Burst pressure and pull-out strength are hardly improved even if immersed for more than a minute, and the immersion depth from the end face of the hose is sufficient if the length that can be tightened with a joint is 5 to 5 mm from the end face.
Generally, the length is about 50 mm, and therefore the reinforcing end 3 ″ is 5 mm.
It is generally about mm to 50 mm.

Thus, a joint in which both the reinforcing end portions 3 ', 3'of the hoses of the above-described products 1, 2, 3 of the present invention are actually attached to desired pipe end portions as shown in FIG. Although it was used for a long time in the state of being tightened with, the conventional reference product S had positional deviation of the yarn from the joint portion and yarn loss. However, both hoses of the products 1, 2 and 3 of the present invention were reinforced. When the end portions 3'and 3'were inspected, there was no positional deviation of the reinforcing yarn 2a, and it was possible to maintain extremely large pressure resistance by tightening.

As described above, in the thread-containing hose of the present invention, the reinforcing thread and the inner and outer layer tubes are integrally bonded with the adhesive only at the both ends of the hose. When tightened with a joint and used for a long time,
It provides a stable, robust, highly reliable, reasonably inexpensive, and relatively lightweight threaded hose with no displacement of the reinforcing thread. Also,
The threaded hose of the present invention can be obtained with a high efficiency by a simple operation in which both ends are simply immersed in the adhesive liquid for a short time after the production of an ordinary threaded hose and the consumption of the adhesive is small. Have an effect.
