However, in the above-mentioned prior art, there is a problem that the number of machined parts such as the end ring and the connecting member is large and the cost is high. Further, since the joining member and the laminated core are fixed by welding, when the laminated core is formed of a thin iron plate whose surface is insulated, such as a silicon steel plate, the thermal effect on the laminated core is large, and the electrical properties of the laminated core are large. The characteristics may deteriorate. Further, there is a problem that a large number of man-hours are required because it is necessary to perform temporary assembly before welding work and there are many welding points. Also, since the threaded holes for suspension bolts are provided in the end ring, the end ring cannot be thinned. Therefore, during the winding work, the winding hits the end ring and the insertion work into the winding slot is performed. There was also the problem of difficulty. An object of the present invention is to provide a stator core of a rotating electric machine which has a small number of parts and processing steps and has high rigidity.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The present invention will be described below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention, which is indicated by X in FIG.
FIG. 2 is a front view showing a side sectional view taken along the line -OX '. In the figure, 1 is a laminated iron core formed by laminating a plurality of thin iron plates 10, 11 is a plurality of slot grooves provided for mounting armature windings on the inner periphery of the laminated iron core 1, and 12 is a laminated iron core. 1. Cooling air holes provided at four positions separated by a predetermined angular pitch in the circumferential direction of 1, and 13 are positions close to the outer periphery of the laminated iron core 1, and a predetermined space is provided between adjacent cooling air holes 13. It is a pair of through-holes that penetrate in the axial direction. Reference numeral 2 denotes an end ring which is provided on both end surfaces of the laminated core 1 in the axial direction and holds the laminated core 1 under compression, and is formed by die casting of an aluminum alloy or the like. 30 is a laminated iron core 1
It is a connecting bar that is filled with the end ring 2 in a pair of through holes 13 provided in the die by die casting. 21
Is a cooling air hole provided in the end ring 2 and communicates with a cooling air hole provided in the laminated iron core 1. Reference numeral 22 denotes a screw hole provided in the end ring 2, which is arranged between a pair of connecting bars 30 as shown in FIG. No) is fixed. Reference numeral 23 is a screw hole for a hanging bolt provided on the outer periphery of the laminated iron core 1, and is arranged between a pair of connecting bars 30 as shown in FIGS. 3 (b) and 3 (c). The slot groove 11, the cooling air hole 12, and the through hole 13 are processed at the same time when the thin iron plate 10 is formed by pressing, and are laminated so as to penetrate the laminated iron core 1 in the axial direction. The screw holes 22 and 23 are formed by machining the end ring 2 and the connecting bar 30 on the laminated iron core 1 by die casting.

With such a structure, since the connecting bar 30 is formed by die casting, the connecting bar 30 contracts during cooling, and the laminated core 1 can be firmly compressed and held in the axial direction. Further, since the connecting bars 30 formed by die casting are provided on both sides of the screw holes 22 and 23, the laminated core 1 around the screw holes 22 and 23 is reinforced and the screw holes are strengthened. Therefore, the threaded holes 13 for hanging bolts can be provided at any position of the laminated iron core 1 without providing the threaded holes 13 in the end ring 2, so that the end ring can be thinned and the winding can be inserted into the winding slot. Work becomes easy.

As described above, according to the present invention, connecting bars are formed on both sides of a screw hole for mounting a bracket or a screw hole for a hanging bolt by die casting, and the laminated core is compressed in the axial direction. Since it retains and reinforces the periphery of the screw hole, there is no need for mechanical processing such as the conventional coupling member, the end ring can be made thinner, and the winding man-hours are reduced. Therefore, there is an effect that the number of parts and the number of processing steps are small and a stator core of a rotating electric machine having high rigidity can be provided.
