Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate need of changing shoes from waking up till going to bed by forming an innersole thin at a foot inner side part and thick at a foot outer side part, and providing standing parts on the inner side part and the outer side part of the innersole. SOLUTION: An innersole 1 is formed thin at a foot inner side part 2, and thick at a foot outer side part 3. It is composed in such a structure that a surface 4 to get in contact with a foot sole is inclined from the outer side part 3 of the innersole to the inner side part 2. Standing parts 5, 6 are provided at edge parts of the inner side part 2 and the outer side part 3. The standing part is also provided on a tiptoe part when necessary. In this case, the standing part 5 at the inner side part 2, the standing part 6 at the outer side part 3, and the standing part at the tiptoe part are continuously formed to be integrated with each other. In the case where the innersole is heavy because of its material, a center part of the innersole 1 is formed as a thin part. The innersole 1 is used as a shoe innersole, or otherwise, it is used to be inserted into a sock of a double sole structure provided with an innersole inserting part at a heel part.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a shoe and an insole to be stored in a sock.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a large number of shoes having a shape in which the sole of a shoe or the bottom of a sandal is inclined toward the inside of the foot for the purpose of correcting the O-leg, improving the health, and the like are commercially available. However, Japanese people do not wear shoes at home, so they usually wear shoes only when they are out. In addition, even in sandals, it is the current situation that they are only worn for a short time when going out for shopping when they go out or used as indoor shoes.

However, the above-mentioned conventional shoes and sandals have a drawback that they are limited to when going out or indoors. The present inventor has completed the present invention as a result of various examinations for eliminating the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks and requiring no replacement from wake-up to bedtime.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Next, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view of an insole 1 according to the present invention, which is the same as a conventional insole in plan view. FIG.

The insole 1 according to the present invention may have the shape of the front half of the foot as shown in FIG. 5 in addition to the shape shown in FIG.

As the material of the insole of the present invention, various materials such as plastics, light metals such as aluminum, memory alloys, memory plastics, etc. can be mentioned, but those having flexibility are particularly preferable.

Of course, the insole 1 according to the present invention can be used as an insole of a shoe as described above, but as shown in FIG. 6, the bottom of the sock 8 has a double structure, and the insole insertion portion is inserted in the heel portion.
