界面に非常に薄い潤滑層を形成し、流動性の向上と相ま
って金属面に対する付着した樹脂を解離することによ
り、加工機内の滞留が防止され、速やかに洗浄排出し顕
著な洗浄効果が生まれるものである。さらに、(C)成
分の滑剤、および/又は(D)成分の界面活性剤を配合
することにより、複雑な構造部分まで浸透しやすくな
り、洗浄性能が飛躍的に向上する。本発明の洗浄剤組成
物を少量使用することにより、先行品種の色替え、樹脂
替えにおいて、洗浄がきわめて円滑に行われ、しかも短
時間のうちに終了する。このため、作業時間が短縮され
材料(樹脂)と労力のロスを大幅に削減することによ
り、産業廃棄物の減少、生産性向上に大きく寄与する。
