By the way, each member V,
It is difficult to perfect the cutting accuracy of the end portion of H or the processing accuracy of the screw through hole, and it is difficult to completely align the thin joint surface of the vertical member and the horizontal member due to a slight decrease in accuracy, It is unavoidable that surface misalignment (displacement in the direction perpendicular to the material axis) may occur. Conventionally, in consideration of this, the protrusion height of the joint portion 3 is set so that when the joint surfaces of the two members V and H are aligned with each other, the joint portion 3 slightly protrudes outward from between the joint surfaces. .

However, the conventional corner joint B described above is used.
Since the joint portion 3 is formed to have a relatively large thickness as described above, and as shown in FIG. 6, the joint portion 3 remains to protrude from the joining surface of the members V and H to the outside by about 1 to 2 mm. However, since the joint portion 3 is conspicuously exposed in the corner portion of the frame or the frame which is the finished product, there is a problem that the appearance is significantly impaired.

Further, when the outer shape of the joint portion does not match the outer surface shape of the frame or the frame, a gap 13 is formed between the joint surfaces on the outside of the corner portion, and a sharp beak shape with an open mouth is formed. There is a risk that the operator may hook his clothes or make contact with the skin to cause injury such as laceration or abrasion.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a joining surface having a bidirectional insertion portion and a joint portion extending at a required angle with respect to these insertion portions. Are symmetric with each other, and the insertion portion is inserted into the hollow portion or the semi-hollow portion of two members having a cross-sectional shape of a hollow portion or a semi-hollow portion, and the joint portion is interposed between the joint surfaces,
In the corner joint that connects the two members, at least the joint portion is formed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin material. As described above, since the joint portion is formed of the thermoplastic synthetic resin material, the joint portion is thermally contracted by heating the joint portion of the two members, and the gap of the joint surface is filled with the joint portion and adheres closely. .

In the above corner joint, the two insertion portions are more than 90 ° and less than 180 ° with respect to each other or 4
The joint portion extends in two directions at an angle of more than 5 ° and not more than 90 °, and the joint portion extends thinly in a direction of a required angle with respect to each insertion portion at a connecting portion of both insertion portions, and the insertion portion is inserted into the joint portion 2 The joint portion is interposed between the joint surfaces at the longitudinal ends of the member, and at least the joint portion is formed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin material and is formed into a fin shape having a wall thickness of about 0.05 to 0.5 mm. Is a state in which the joint surfaces of the two members are perfectly aligned, the joint portion has a protrusion height that protrudes outward by 0.2 to 2 mm from between the joint surfaces. When the two members are connected, it is desirable that the joint portion protruding outward from between the joint surfaces facing each other can be heat-shrinked. With the above configuration, the protrusion height of the joint portion protrudes outward by about 0.2 to 2 mm from between the joint surfaces of the two members to be joined. Therefore, by heating this protruding portion,
The protruding part shrinks, filling the gap between the joint surfaces,
In close contact. Therefore, even when the outer surface of the connecting portion of the two members is seen, the joint portion is not conspicuous and is barely exposed.

Since the joint portion is thin and has elasticity,
If the joint part matches the entire circumference of the joint surface of the two members,
Since the joint portion extends over the entire circumference of the joint surface of the member, a sealing property is added. Furthermore, since the joint part is thin, the joint part is 2
Since the minute gap that may occur between the joint surfaces due to the fact that it does not match the entire shape of the joint surface of the member is extremely small,
Since it does not have a beak-like shape with its mouth open, there is no chance of catching clothes on it, and there is no risk of injury.

In this way, when the vertical member V and the horizontal member H are connected using the corner joint NB, the joint portion 3 projects outward from between the joint surfaces 11 and 12 facing each other. So that it can be shrunk.
In this heat shrinkage, the vertical member V and the horizontal member H into which the insertion portions 1 and 2 are respectively inserted are fixed using a known jig in such a state that the joint surfaces 11 and 12 thereof are in close contact with the joint portion 3, This is performed by heating the joint portion of the two members, particularly the protruding portion of the joint portion 3, at a temperature slightly higher than the melting point of the joint portion such as an electric iron or a nozzle burner.

Since at least the joint portion 3 is formed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin material, this heating causes the projecting portion of the joint portion 3 to contract between the joint surfaces of the two members V and H, so that the joint portion between the joint surfaces is formed. Since the gap is filled, the joint surface is in close contact, and
The amount of protrusion of the joint is reduced. In addition, since the joint portion is thinner than before, the joint portion 3 is not conspicuous in the corner portion of the completed frame or frame, as illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3. Therefore, the appearance of the frame or the frame is improved.

Further, since the joint portion 3 is thin, even if the outer shape of the joint portion 3 does not extend to the tip of the joint surface of the two members V and H, it is between the tip of the joint surface of the two materials V and H. Since the resulting gap is extremely small, when the worker handles the frame or the frame, the clothes are caught in the frame or the corner of the frame,
Injuries are prevented.

The joint portion 3 may be integrally formed of the same kind of thermoplastic synthetic resin material as the insertion portions 1 and 2, or only the insertion portions 1 and 2 may be formed and then the joint portion is formed. It may be molded with the same kind of synthetic resin material or another kind of thermoplastic synthetic resin material. When molding with another kind of thermoplastic synthetic resin material, the insertion parts 1 and 2 have a large mechanical strength and still have a melting point which does not cause the thermal deterioration of the two members when the joint part 3 is heated. There is an advantage that the joint portion can be easily formed.

As described above, according to the present invention, by heating the joint portion of the two members, the joint portion is thermally contracted, and the gap between the joint surfaces is filled and closely adhered. , Significantly improved as compared with the conventional one. Further, since the joint portion is thin and has elasticity, when the outer shape of the joint portion is the same as the outer peripheral shape of the joint surface of the two members, the joint portion extends over the entire periphery of the joint surface of the two members, so that sealing performance is added. It Furthermore, since the length of the joint portion does not match the joint surface of the two members, the gap between the joint surfaces of the two members is extremely small, so that the operator such as a frame or a frame may get caught or injured clothes. It is safer than before.
