【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 外周に結紮糸の一端部側を
所要の結紮方法に対応して捻転せしめた糸捻転部を先端
方向に向かってスライド可能に保持する捻転案内部を細
長棒状の器具本体の先端部に具備し、前記結紮糸の他端
部側を前記糸捻転部の内側を通って器具本体の先端部か
ら後端部方向に案内する引糸案内部を前記捻転案内部の
内側に具備する外科手術用結紮器具において、前記結紮
糸の一端部側と他端部側を解放可能に保持する保持部を
器具本体の中間部に設けてなる外科手術用結紮器具。
