た。According to a first aspect of the present invention, a synthetic resin tube formed into a cylindrical shape, folded flat, and wound up is drawn out, and printing is performed on a transparent synthetic resin film which is printed on one side in advance. An adhesive is applied to the surface to cut the center of the synthetic resin film, one printed surface of the cut synthetic resin film is attached to the surface of the synthetic resin tube that is being fed, and the cut synthetic film is formed. The other printing surface of the resin film is reversed, the position is adjusted with respect to the printing surface of the synthetic resin film attached to the surface, and the other printing surface of the cut synthetic resin film is fed out. Characterized by being attached to the back side of the resin tube, printing is done on the synthetic resin film, so that the printing surface becomes the synthetic resin tube side, and the printing surface does not appear on the surface Ink was in so that it is not rubbed off.

An adhesive is applied to the printed surface of the transparent synthetic resin film having a through hole at a position corresponding to the provided through hole except for the vicinity of the through hole, and the center of the synthetic resin film is cut and cut. The through hole of the synthetic resin film was misaligned with the through hole formed in the synthetic resin tube, and a portion of the synthetic resin film where the adhesive was not applied was formed in the synthetic resin tube. The printed surface of the one cut synthetic resin film is attached to the surface of the synthetic resin tube that is being fed out so as to overlap the through hole, and the printed surface of the other cut synthetic resin film is reversed. Then, the position is adjusted with respect to the printing surface of the synthetic resin film attached to the surface, the through hole of the synthetic resin film is out of position with the through hole formed in the synthetic resin tube, and the synthetic resin The back side of the synthetic resin tube which is the feeding side of the other printed surface of the synthetic resin film cut so that the portion of the synthetic resin film not coated with the adhesive overlaps the through hole formed in the synthetic resin tube. The synthetic resin film is printed so that the printed surface is on the synthetic resin tube side, and the printed surface does not appear on the surface so that the ink is not scraped off. In addition, the air inside the synthetic resin tube is discharged to the outside by making the position of the through hole of the synthetic resin tube and the position of the through hole of the synthetic resin film shift. From, insects and rain water was prevented from entering the packaging bag.

て位置がずれるようにする。As shown in FIG. 10, the synthetic resin tube 22 fed from the synthetic resin tube feeding shaft 1 in FIG. 8 has the synthetic resin film 23a in the above-mentioned state.
And the synthetic resin film 23b, and the synthetic resin film 23a, the synthetic resin tube 22, and the synthetic resin film 23b are pressed against each other by the receiving roll 7 and the laminating roll 8 of FIG. As shown in FIG. 11 and FIG. 15, the synthetic resin film 23a is attached to the surface of the synthetic resin tube 22 with the printing surface 24 and the adhesive 26 on the lower side. The synthetic resin film 23b is attached so that the printing surface 25 and the adhesive 26 are on the upper side. In this case,
The support rods 4 and 4 are expanded and contracted to adjust the position of the reversal plate 3, and as shown in FIG. 11, the position of the synthetic resin tube 22 is adjusted with respect to the position of the pattern on the printed surface 24 of the surface of the synthetic resin tube 22. As shown in FIG. 15, the position 32 of the synthetic resin film 23a where the adhesive is not applied is synthetic as shown in FIG. Resin tube 22
The through hole 30 of the synthetic resin film 23a is displaced from the synthetic resin through hole 29, though it overlaps the upper through hole 29 of the.

Since 23b is transparent, the printed surfaces 24, 25 on the front and back of the synthetic resin tube 22 are made of synthetic resin films 23a, 2
It can be seen as a pattern of the synthetic resin tube 22 through 3b, and the synthetic resin films 23a and 23b.
Protects the ink on the printing surfaces 24 and 25, so the ink on the printing surfaces 24 and 25 is not scraped off when the packaging bags are stacked or transported, and the air is not sealed in the packaging bags. , Rice inside does not spill, and insects and rainwater do not enter the packaging bag.
