Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the burning damages above a vaporizer and a combustion chamber wall by the prevention of the circulation of a flame generated above a heat absorbing fin by disposing the burner port of a burner between the fins and providing a first air jet unit for injecting the part of the combustion air to the wall above the fins. SOLUTION: A flame formed in the large burner hole of the burner hole part of a burner provided between heat absorbing fins 31 is raised between the fins 31 to obtain an excellent heat back. Since the flame after the passage between the fins 31 is collapsed in the balance due to the abrupt change caused by a draft between the fins 31 and the decrease of the draft after the passage, the flame tends to circulate to a vaporizer 1 side above the fins 31. In this case, a first air jet unit 42 is formed at the upper part of the fins 31, and a part of the combustion air is injected. Accordingly, the flame which tends to be circulated is pushed back, normally raised toward upward, thereby making it possible to effectively prevent the damage of the vaporizer 1 above the fins 31 or a combustion chamber 37.

After heating the heater 12 for heating and heating the vaporizer 1 to the set vaporization temperature, the combustion fan 46, the electromagnetic pump 48 and the like are driven, so that the fuel oil in the vaporizer 1 and the primary combustion gas are burned. When air is supplied, the fuel oil is vaporized to form a premixed gas, and this mixed gas flows into the mixing chamber 16 through the outlet 6 at the bottom, further promotes mixing there, and then separately in the burner section 23. It burns with the supplied secondary air.

A part of the combustion of the burner portion 23 is used for heat back, and the flame formed in the large flame hole 33 of the flame hole portion 24 provided between the heat absorbing fins 31 is generated. The flame after passing between the heat absorbing fins 31 is abrupt because the draft between the heat absorbing fins 31 and the draft after passing are decreased. To change the balance,
The flame tries to wrap around to the carburetor 1 side above the heat absorbing fins 31, but since the first air jetting portion 42 is formed in this upper part and a part of the combustion air is jetted, the flame trying to wrap around Is pushed back and normally rises upward, so that burnout of the carburetor 1 and the combustion chamber 37 above the heat absorbing fins 31 can be reliably prevented.

Then, the mixed gas promotes rectification in the rectification chamber 17, and immediately immediately after being divided into a plurality of gas chambers 19 and finely divided, the mixed gas flows into the gas chambers. The ejection speed of the mixed gas ejected from the flame holes 26 of 24 is uniform irrespective of the longitudinal direction,
The mixed gas is rectified immediately before being ejected from the flame hole 26.
After passing through zero, it is finally rectified and ejected, and combustion is started if it is appropriately ignited by ignition means (not shown).

Between the heat absorbing fins 31 during combustion, the large flame holes 33 of the flame hole portion 24 are supplied with a large amount of the mixed gas and burn with a larger flame than the other flame holes 26, so that the heat absorbing fins 31 It is possible to obtain a good amount of heat back to some extent even at the time of small-power combustion in which a flame dedicated to the heat-back is formed. Further, at the time of large-power combustion, the flame formed in the large flame hole 33 Due to the spread, the flames enter the vertical grooves 34 of the adjacent heat absorbing fins 31 from both sides, and the flames pass through the vertical grooves 34 from the lower end to the upper end.
Since the endothermic area is substantially increased, a sufficient heat back amount can be obtained and good combustion can be performed even at the time of large thermal power combustion in which the vaporization amount increases.

Therefore, when the heat amount is not so large and the heat amount is small, it is possible to prevent the carburetor 1 from being melted due to an excessive amount of heat back, so that a large heat amount is required. Occasionally, the amount of heat back can be naturally increased by utilizing the spread of flame and the vertical groove 34, that is, the heat absorption area can be automatically increased or decreased in accordance with the heat power, and good vaporization can always be performed with optimal heat of vaporization. Good combustion is maintained and, of course, after the start of combustion, the heating heat
Therefore, it is possible to surely save power without the need to energize the power supply 12.

Further, the combustion heat rising between the heat-absorbing fins 31 during combustion and in the vertical groove 34 is suppressed in its upward force by the upper restraining plate 35, and is discharged obliquely upward from the inclined portion 32 at the upper end of the heat-absorbing fins 31. And therefore the ramp 3
2 and the restraining plate 35, the combustion heat is easily removed from between the inclined portion 32 and the restraining plate 35 without trapping the hot air between the heat absorbing fins 31 and in the vertical groove 34 and causing an abnormal heating state. By doing so, a good heat back amount is obtained while suppressing the rising force to some extent.

On the other hand, the flame rising between the heat-absorbing fins 31 undergoes a rapid change in combustion pressure above the heat-absorbing fins 31 and, as it goes around the restraining plate 35, the combustion chamber on the carburetor 1 side remains as it is. Although it is about to flow to the wall 37, the first air jetting portion 42 is provided here and a part of the secondary air is jetted out, so that it is pushed back and escapes to the upper side of the smoothe, and the upper side of the carburetor 1 is reached. Also, the risk of burning and burning the wall surface of the combustion chamber 37 is reliably prevented.

In summary, the present invention provides a vaporizer having a heating heater and a mixed gas outlet at the bottom, a mixing chamber communicating with the outlet at the bottom of the vaporizer, and an upper portion of the mixing chamber. Of the burner provided on the back side of the carburetor and the combustion chamber of the upper opening, which exposes the back side of the carburetor and surrounds the upper part of the burner, the vaporization exposed in the combustion chamber. A plurality of vertically elongated heat absorbing fins protruding above the burner portion are formed on the rear surface of the vessel, and the flame hole portion of the burner portion is located between the heat absorbing fins, and the combustion chamber above the heat absorbing fins is formed. Since the wall is provided with the first air jetting portion that jets out a part of the combustion air, the wraparound of the flame generated above the heat absorbing fins is prevented with an extremely simple structure, and the upper portion of the carburetor and the combustion chamber wall are prevented. It is possible to reliably prevent burnout.
